Bethlehem Star Church Partners with Legendary House of Blues to feed 125 families in the Burnside community in the time of need for Thanksgiving

Tuesday, November 20, 2012 Dinner served at 6pm

WHO: Pastor Roosevelt Watkins, Senior Pastor of Bethlehem Star Church, and House of Blues collaborating to make a difference.

WHAT: In the spirit of the founding values of House of Blues, its venues across the nation will be providing 20,000 Thanksgiving meals to the needy. Pastor Roosevelt Watkins Senior Pastor of Bethlehem Star Church who is partnering with the House of Blues in this endeavor said “The House of Blues demonstrates the values of integrity, quality, and commitment to not only its fans, but the surrounding community. Bethlehem Star Church is proud to partner with House of Blues in this gracious effort to feed those in need during Thanksgiving. These core values have been the key to the longevity of House of Blues.” Bethlehem Star motto is “A Church Changing A Community,” and it is during these difficulty times that people need to perceive that someone cares. Roosevelt Watkins continued by saying, “people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.” Bethlehem Star Church is letting their light shine in the community and extending a ray of hope, for the many who feel hopeless.
