Are You Stressed Out?

   Junious Ricardo Stanton

“WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Emotionally, the second year of the pandemic was an even tougher year for the world than the first one, according to Gallup's latest annual global update on the negative and positive experiences that people are having each day. As 2021 served up a steady diet of uncertainty, the world became a slightly sadder, more worried and more stressed-out place than it was the year before -- which helped push Gallup's Negative Experience Index to yet another new high of 33 in 2021.” World Unhappier, More Stressed out Than Ever Before  https://news.gallup.com/poll/394025/world-unhappier-stressed-ever.aspx

A recent Gallup Poll revealed people around the world are feeling more stressed out, sad, unhappy and worried than ever before. The poll whose samples were from around the world indicates people are having more negative experiences than positive ones; people are less well rested and experiencing less enjoyment in their lives. https://news.gallup.com/poll/394025/world-unhappier-stressed-ever.aspx

This is alarming because it is a precursor to widespread health challenges, emotional imbalance and psychological disorders. At the core of their concerns were the COVID crisis and the government’s concomitant public policies. The 2022 Gallup Poll survey had this to say about the results: “Last year, roughly seven in 10 people worldwide said they felt well-rested (69%), experienced a lot of enjoyment (70%), or smiled or laughed a lot (72%). Nearly nine in 10 felt treated with respect (86%). People were far less likely, as they are typically, to say they learned or did something interesting the day before the interview; in 2021, half of the world (50%) experienced this. With more people dying from the coronavirus in 2021 than the previous year despite the rollout of vaccines, people felt less well-rested, and fewer derived enjoyment from the previous day. The percentage who said they felt well‑rested dropped three points, and the percentage who experienced a lot of enjoyment dropped two.” https://news.gallup.com/poll/394025/world-unhappier-stressed-ever.aspx

In a nutshell the world is in a funk, depression and sadness are on the rise and this in turn is impacting the health and wellbeing of society. The stresses of living in a fear based environment (exacerbated by COVID fear mongering, threats of war, economic instability etc.) like the one we are currently experiencing are unhealthy. “The body's stress response system is usually self-limiting. Once a perceived threat has passed, hormone levels return to normal. As adrenaline and cortisol levels drop, your heart rate and blood pressure return to baseline levels, and other systems resume their regular activities.

But when stressors are always present and you constantly feel under attack, that fight-or-flight reaction stays turned on. The long-term activation of the stress response system and the overexposure to cortisol and other stress hormones that follows can disrupt almost all your body's processes. This puts you at increased risk of many health problems, including: anxiety, depression, digestive problems, headaches, muscle tension and pain, heart disease, heart attack, high blood pressure and stroke, sleep problems, weight gain, memory and concentration impairment ” https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/stress-management/in-depth/stress/

The globalists cabal hell bent on controlling the world knew this would happen when they launched their 24/7/365 fear mongering campaign to make us think COVID-19 was the plague. The Davos miscreants https://www.weforum.org/about/leadership-and-governance whose political, governmental, economic and academic influence is staggering are one of the main drivers of the COVID hysteria. In fact they even planned a similar scenario called Event 201 months before rolling the COVID campaign out. https://www.centerforhealthsecurity.org/event201/  These psychopaths want us to be full of fear, anxious, emotionally and psychologically traumatized because it makes it easier for them to control us.

That being said, what can we do about lowering our stress responses and turning distress into eustress (the good kind of stress)? We are not powerless, we have the ability to control our mind, our thoughts and our emotions. We can do it by employing specific breathing techniques, meditation, prayer and by not awfulizing our daily situations. World events are beyond our control for the most part but our here and now are within our control. Here is what the Mayo Clinic has to say about reducing or transmuting stress: Stressful events are facts of life. And you may not be able to change your current situation. But you can take steps to manage the impact these events have on you.You can learn to identify what causes you stress and how to take care of yourself physically and emotionally in the face of stressful situations. Stress management strategies include: eating a healthy diet, getting regular exercise and getting plenty of sleep, practicing relaxation techniques such as yoga, deep breathing, massage or meditation, keeping a journal and writing about your thoughts or what you're grateful for in your life, taking time for hobbies, such as reading, listening to music, or watching your favorite show or movie, fostering healthy friendships and talking with friends and family, having a sense of humor and finding ways to include humor and laughter in your life, such as watching funny movies or looking at joke websites, volunteering in your community, organizing and prioritizing what you need to accomplish at home and work and removing tasks that aren't necessary, seeking professional counseling, which can help you develop specific coping strategies to manage stress, and avoid unhealthy ways of managing your stress, such as using alcohol, tobacco, drugs or excess food.” https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/stress-management/in-depth/stress/

All these things are doable and they don’t cost a lot of money. Pick a few and try them  every dayfor a month every and see what happens; it could save your life!
