AI, Is It Worth It?

We are being inundated with sensational news about Artificial Intelligence going rogue; in one recent account there was an instance of military intelligence almost dispatching special ops forces to interdict a Chinese ship AI claimed was carrying materials to facilitate a nuclear weapons program heading towards Iran. https://www.zerohedge.com/geopolitical/ww3-near-miss-ai-hallucinated-nuclear-weapons-components-aboard-chinese-vessel-bound Turns out it was false. How many other incidents like this have happened we don’t know about and just how real is this threat?             Back in the late 1980’s when personal computers, computer software, hardware and programs were booming, there was a catch phrase, “garbage in garbage out” (GIGO) meaning if the programming was based upon false premises or flawed information/data inputs, the outcomes would be flawed also. From my perspective AI is just like that. If the engineers, coders and programmers’ inputs are biased, flawed or whack, the outcomes and resulting operations will be also.  There are real world instances and experiences of this happening.

The powers who shouldn’t be worship at the altar of their technology. They are its high priests and shills. They have snookered us into falling for their pseudo-religious technology mumbo-gumbo. They tell us without technology, especially AI, we will stagnate wither, shrivel-up and die. Or, they play we have to keep up with China card. Their focus is on advancing the technology, embedding and integrating technology into every facet of our lives.

We are witnessing how committed to this technocratic philosophy the misanthropes who run this world are. For example, every time there is an update on our cellphones more AI is included and embedded whether we ask for it or not! The corporations, government, media and financial industries are all in on it.  Notice that even with all this recent hoopla and hysteria going on, they are not calling for it to be halted or completely shut down!

Meanwhile we are becoming overly dependent upon AI; more importantly we are ignoring the ominous warnings AI is making us lazy and addicted to it just like people are addicted to their screens, gadgets and gizmos. https://www.forbes.com/sites/robertglatter/2026/07/19/can-ai-dependence-develop-into-ai-addiction/ We are being warned but the powers who shouldn’t be are effectively suppressing these warnings just like they suppressed to warning about the hypnotizing effects of television or the warnings about the negative impact of social media back in the day.

Why, because they are unethical and it impacts their bottom line and their agenda to make us somnambulant Zombies.  Just like with our phones and social media, we are becoming addicted to AI. The fact is all addictions are harmful; addiction is a state of imbalance to the point where we become totally obsessed with maintaining the addiction rather than focusing on being well adjusted, self-actualizing, healthy people! All of our energy is fixated upon our addictions keeping it going even when it is killing us!

We are buying into the technocrats’ zealous philosophy that postulates technology is our salvation, technology is the new god, AI is our new deity. We are being duped into worshipping at its altar.  It’s all nonsense! The fact is, AI is only a tool. A tool that too many people believe is greater than it actually is. It is not a human brain it is not our mind it is not cognitive in the human sense, it is merely a highly sophisticated processor!

We have to think for ourselves, we have to stop falling for their okey-doke.
