For this purpose African Diaspora Community Councils (ADCC’s) have been set up with the help of South African Embassies. See ‘The African Union (AU) recognises and values its Diaspora’ The African Bulletin, December 2007, www.mediablackberry.com/index.php?oid=4849 which was the enthusiastic beginning, that developed publicly and behind the scenes, extending the ADCC into commissions and even projects. See also ‘ADCC Holland moves ahead!’ The African Bulletin, November 2008, www.mediablackberry.com/index.php?oid=6388 which demonstrated that the commissions formed had developed ideas for projects. For remainder of article go to http://srdcinternational.org/?p=601
