In the midst of this current political climate, dissension and contentious relationships in the US House of Representatives and the Senate, and the second term of President Barack Obama, the iconic figure of Congressman Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. looms larger than ever in terms of his importance to history and the history of the House of Representatives.
During the month of February, Black History Month, the play ADAM becomes an important story to remember, and not to be missed, as it captures and reflects another moment in time.
