NO JUSTICE IN AMERICA FOR THE BLACKMAN!

In the Name of Allah
----------------The New York TimesOctober 15, 2008Justices Clear Way for Execution in GeorgiaBy ROBBIE BROWN----------------The denial by the United States Supreme Court to review the circumstances and misdeeds in the conviction and sentencing to death of an innocent man, Troy Anthony Davis, by the State of Georgia, in my view is further proof of the teachigns of Messenger Elijah Muhammad: "THERE IS NO JUSTICE FOR THE SO-CALLED NEGROES IN AMERICA!"The denial by the Supreme Court tells the Nation of Black that Troy Davis (like so many others), is "just another dead nigga gone! shutup Blackfokls, we're clearing the deck!"As with Brother Mumia ( also pleaded for Troy's life), people from ALL OVER THE WORLDhave seen the injustice of Troys case. Little people, people poor people, rich people, famous people, people of the cloth, peopel of goodwill of all presuasions have pleaded to the courts of America to spare Troy's life. Our pleas have fallen on deaf ears, and reclacitrent hearts!Pharaoh's heart is hardened "O' Mary don't you weep, tell Martha not to moan...Pharaoh's army got drowned...O Mary don't you weep!"What can we do besides pray? I say call a halt! A general strike if you'd like! Call a halt to disrespect of each other. Call a halt to cursing ans swearing, and calling each other other than a Child of God. Call a halt to bowing down to drugs and alcohol (at less for ONE day!).UNITE ourselves for the benefit of ALL! All for one! One for all. As Jesus told Thomas: "You know the way!" We know the way! For 400 years have had so many from among who have tried to spare us the hardships and trials we see coming to us today -- from Nat Turner to Messenger Elijah Muhammad (PBUH), to Dr. Khallid Abdul Muhammad! It's our turn!In this day and time can Obama save us? Can Cynthia McKinney save us? Can the mighty Assata Shakur save us! Can Minister Farrakhan or any other Minister of the Naiton of Islam save us? Possibly. But there has to be a groundswell. The Bible talks about the bottom rail coming to the top, in The Naiton of Islam we say, "the cream always rises to the top!" Whichever analogy you'd like to use.Bro. Jim Clingman is set to examine the question: "Where are the million (Black) men today?" All of us to say that we are aware and concerned about the strenghten and direction of the Black Nation in the 21st Century and beyond. As a mother, grandmother and greatgrand, and the niece of a septugenerian I'm looking at the past, the present and the future and in my view the free ride for our nation of people is over -- one way or another! We want the world to come to be one of unlimited progressnot just going along to get along, wishing, hoping and dreaming. LIVES ARE IN THE BALANCE LET'S WORK TO TAKE THIS VEHICLE IN BETTER DIRECTION!"If the Civilized Man fails to do his duty, what must be done?"

      As-Salaam Alaikum,

Thank you very much forsharing this info. As a follower of the Teachings of Messenger Elijah Muhammad, I've always know that "THE BLACK MAN BUILT AMERICA!" This is further proof! I've recently learned that George Washington's great victory at Valley Forge was achieved with a regimen of BLACK troops and that one of them, a young Brother stood in the cold and snow all night and froze to death holding a lantern . We see this displayed in what whites call a "lawn jockey!" its has been said that the Article of Confederation and subsequent "Constitution" are variations on the principles of the Iroquois People's Federation. the following is an excerpt of a Wikipedia entry regarding "Jocko' of Valley Forge.

      -----------------------------------------------------

According to the River Road African American Museum the figure originated in commemoration of heroic dedication to duty: "It is said that the 'lawn jockey' actually has its roots in the tale of one Jocko Graves, an African-American youth who served with General George Washington at the time that he crossed the Delaware to carry out his surprise attack on British forces at Trenton, NJ.

The General thought him too young to take along on such a dangerous attack, so left him on the Pennsylvania side to tend to the horses and to keep a light on the bank for their return. So the story goes, the boy, faithful to his post and his orders, froze to death on the river bank during the night, the lantern still in his hand. The General was so much moved by the boy's devotion to his duty that he had a statue sculpted and cast of him, holding the lantern, and had it installed at his Mount Vernon estate. He called the sculpture 'The Faithful Groomsman'." The most frequently-cited source for the story is Kenneth W. Goings in "Mammy and Uncle Mose" (Indiana University Press), though he regards it as apocryphal. The story was told as well in a 32 page children's book by Earl Kroger Sr., "Jocko: A Legend of the American Revolution." Moreover, there is a 13-page typescript titled "A Horse for the General: The Story of Jocko Graves" by Thomas William Halligan in the archives of the Alaska Pacific University/ University of Alaska-Anchorage constortium library [1]

Thanks again. There are so many stories like this of the geneious of our people, our courage, bravery
and loyalty. Its astounding that we've not gotten credit nor compensation for our accomplishments from
the people who benefitted (and are still benefitting) from our abilities. After 458 years time for us to put
our skills and abilities to work for the benefit of ourselves and to teach our chidlren to do the same!

      Peace/ahts
  • Hetep,

WE're gonna keep repeating the same ole thang over and over again, no justice for the black man, no justice for the black man, no justice for the black man in amerikkka.

No offense, but it should be obvious that WE get the picture. the no justice for the black man thang ain't what we need to realize. WE need to realize that freedom or justice ain't gonna come without the price of bloodshed. like it or not, that's just the way it is. WE live under a regime that doesn't acknowledge picket signs, negro spirituals, fancy slogans and all the worn out mechanisms that WE've exhausted, since lawd knows when.

Again, no offense, WE have to stop shucking and jiving, stop waisting time on thangs that ain't but gonna take US so far, allow US to have a few concessions. OUR backs are up against the wall. OUR enemy proves and shows US this every day. and WE keep pretending like OUR backs are not up against the wall. WE keep pretending like everythang is gonna be alright without facing OUR natural enemy in a way WE've never faced him on this side of the globe, short of the maroons in haiti.

there are those US who have grown tired and weary of all the different groups, who purport to have the solutions, who keep talking loud but ain't saying nothing, who keep misguiding and deceiving US, who keep claiming that voting is OUR solution. there are those of US who have done sufficient homework and have come to find that there is an actual plot inside the afrikan diaspora that has been working hand in hand with the enemy, in exchange for access to material wealth.

WE are playing the end game from here on out. it's gonna be some static within OUR own black family, before WE can get OUR people some genuine freedom, at the price of bloodshed, just like Malcolm so eloquently stated! again, no offense.

    UHURU!
