18th BLACK BOOK AWARDS TAKING FORMLegendary Writer, Shahrazad Ali, Scholar J. Edgar Ridley, Inspiration Salaam Jaha, Dr. Muwiah Kambon and Visionary Paul Guthrie will join several other known and little known, aspiring to be writers, educators, entrepreneurs, friends and families at Khalifah Estates (Strivers to be Representatives in the Kingdom of God) to validate and celebrate Black literature, June 6, 2009, 12 noon to 8 p.m.Khalifahs Estates is located in Southampton County, Virginia in a traditionally Black Farmers community. The tract of land is reportedly the actual birthplace of Nat Turner.
