Three women entrepreneurs, one a physician, one a registered nurse and an event planner who co-own a party planning company pitch their gourmet PARTY preserves to the Sharks on ABC’s Shark Tank this Thursday, December 26, 2013 at 8pm EST.The PARTY preserves, aptly named Mango Mango, can be used in over 100 ways; Spread it! Mix it! Shake it! Stir it! They can be used to sweeten tea, added to red wine vinegar and olive oil to make a mango vinaigrette and used as an ingredient with shrimp, just to name a few.
The mango preserves are sold in specialty and gourmet stores including Whole Foods in the mid-Atlantic region, they have been served in recipes at events in Virginia’s Governor’s mansion and soon will be featured on QVC.
