Colin Powell's accomplishments are laudable.
As a Jamaican and and African I am proud of his accomplishments.
Now he has entered the court of Anubis to be weighed in the Scale of Justice
where his accolades to be measured against thousands, maybe millions, of dead Iraqis, Kurds, Syrians, Afghans and Africans who are casualties of his "False Intelligence".

If he and his Presndent were not shielded by American and Western exceptionalism would he/they not answerable to the ICC, the International Court of Justice as many Serbs, Africans and others do?
