This  is to inform you that Bro Sekou Owuso, a former President of the Provisional Government- Republic of New Afrika (PG-RNA) , and long time government worker,  passed away the morning of July 12th, 2013. The Provisional Government will have a more complete statement at later time, and we will release more details in terms of arrangements as they become available.  Please keep Sekou, his wife and family in your thoughts and prayers.
