Sir Shadow, known for his one line art, is a unique 21st century artist with a style that is both exciting and fascinating. His ability to express love, music, and poetry in the creation of art through the manipulation of one line - thus creating shapes and forms that dance, sing, and swing with the Jazz music that it depicts - is sheer genius. Sir Shadow says his purpose is to help others grow and glow. He calls his writing and artwork Flowetry, which he says is the act of positive thinking in action and his contribution towards life and his immortality. It gives him the right to live his moments in peace and harmony.

A lover of children, real people, dogs, cats, history, nature, simple walks, deep talks, laughter, and all the taken-for-granted amenities that life offers his future, Sir Shadow’s plan is to bring joy to the world and the young through his own personal greatness as he sets an example for others to give and touch the hearts and souls of others.

Sir Shadow’s work is internationally acclaimed and universally appreciated. Some of the collectors of his artwork have included Andre de Shields, Terrie Williams, Quincy Jones, Isaac Hayes, Oprah Winfrey, Vy Higginson, Whitney Houston, Melonie Daniels, Butch Lewis, Bobby Brown, Teddy Riley, Lauryn Hill, Diana Ross, and Mandrill to name just a few. Sir Shadow has also done CD artwork for Gil Scott Heron and Rodney Kendricks. Others who appreciate Sir Shadow’s artwork include Susan Taylor, Erykah Badu, and B. Smith.
