Announcing two open positions in the Office of the Secretary General  Position Title: Administrative Assistant to the Secretary General Summary: Work in the Office of the Secretary General of a leading revolutionary, Garveyist, African pro-independence / self-determinant organization, the African People's Socialist Party. Make a difference and your own contribution to the freedom of Africa and African people worldwide. This position is located in St. Petersburg, FL Responsibilities: Chief administrator of the Secretary General's Office Provide day to day leadership for the staff of the Secretary General Knowledge: Political unity around the need for self-determination for Africa/African people Office Administration Computer hardware/software Skill in written communication Skills orally / in one on one and group situations Qualifications: Members of the African People's Socialist Party preferred, but non-members will be considered Individuals with some history in the African pro-independence struggle Time Commitment and Compensation: Position is part time, 3 days per week, 4 hours per day Volunteer / small salary To Apply: Please email resumes to secretarygeneral@apspuhuru.org.
