LSSNY seeks a highly organized, motivated individual to fill the position of Post-Release Empowerment Project (PREP) Coordinator/Case Manager.  PREP, a new initiative at LSSNY being developed in close working relationship with the Riverside Church Sojourners Immigration Detention Visitation and Post-Release Assistance Project, will coordinate volunteer visits to immigration detention centers and provide case management services/support to parolees released from immigration detention, including assistance with housing, food, employment, and legal services. The PREP coordinator will be supervised by LSSNY and supported by a network of volunteers and interns.  A detailed job description is attached.
