WVON is proud to join Hales Franciscan High School on Friday, September 25, 2015, for “Spartan Day.”
“Spartan Day” is an all-day telethon and fundraiser in honor of Hales Franciscan High School.
Due to the economy and the challenge of funding private education, Hales is required to explore creative ways to finance existing students. Since its inception, Hales has graduated more than 10,000 students unto perfect manhood. “Spartan Day” is designed to raise funds to assist in need-based scholarships to assist those students facing financial hardships

WVON’s weekday talk show hosts, including Matt McGill, Perri Small, Cliff Kelley and Art ‘Chat Daddy’ Sims will broadcast live from Hales Franciscan High School, 4930 South Cottage Grove from 6am- 6pm CT. Many of Chicago’s education, business and civic influencers will join the live broadcast throughout the day.

Alumni, business owners, faculty, friends, parents, staff and students, are asked to donate on Spartan Day. To make a contribution of $100 or less, go to Hales Franciscan Go Fund Me campaign at  http://www.gofundme.com/sc8gej4.
No amount is too small and all donations are tax deductible. To participate as a Spartan Scholarship Donor, and sponsor a student scholarship, call Hales Franciscan High School at 773 285-8400.
