In press reports of yesterday's police shooting that killed two, one by accident, where is mention of the State's Attorney?
 
Within hours, SA candidate with no discernible felony trial experience, calls for special prosecutor. Politicking before the evidence is in?
 
If we had a State's Attorney whose judgment we trusted, we wouldn’t need expensive special prosecutors.
 
I have a plan to give people confidence in how we deal with police shootings. It was a full page in Sun-Times a few weeks ago. Take a look.
 
It's time we learned that whether you move too fast or too slow, bad judgments usually lead to bad outcomes ... and injustice.
 
We keep asking the feds to solve our problems. Why not put a “fed” in the State’s Attorney’s Office? It's time for MORE.
