The Illinois Voter Restoration Project is the voter education arm of National Black Wall Street Chicago and committed to educating voters to reconnect them to the various levels of the electoral process and being an learning how to engage 2015 Mayoral and Aldermanic candidates on urban public policy issues is part of that civic education process, that continues with the kick off our 2015 forums with Mayoral Candidates starting with Jesus "Chuy" Garcia!!
