Over the past several months after my Cancer surgery my personal ego made me CONTINUE the monthly luncheons even though each month the organization went almost $400 in the negative trying to sustain the luncheon WITHOUT the financial sponsors I used to personally secure before my Cancer situation side-lined me from securing that same level of sponsorship and now after almost $2,000 in the hole, I cannot keep the organization from going any further in that kind of debt!!! BUT after May, we must take the time to properly re-structure, re-focus, and re-position as the WORK of Black Wall Street will continue!! Much to celebrate over 10 years of collective work, and how I personally, as well organizationally get better, structured, focused and positioned with not just PERSONAL, but ORGANIZATIONAL leadership..
