Re: National Black Wall Street Chicago Economic Power Luncheon
Thursday, April 21, 2016

Dear Friend:

As Chairman of National Black Wall Street Chicago, I am pleased to extend this invitation to you to attend our upcoming Economic Power Luncheon, to be held exactly one week from today, Thursday, April 21, 2016 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM at our offices located at 4655 South King Drive, Suite 203. Donation is $20.00

The once a month Power Lunch is an afternoon of networking to support our ongoing mission and advocacy of sustaining and increasing Black businesses, jobs, and institutions in majority Black communities in the spirit and example of the original Black Wall Street Of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I am so pleased to announce that this upcoming luncheon is sponsored in part by two of our keynote speakers, Mr. Marcus D. Jefferson, a Senior Loan Officer, NMLS #1220330 for Pin Point Mortgage, along with The Honorable Judge Robin D. Shoffner of the First Municipal Circuit Court of Cook County. The theme of this month’s luncheon is "Empowering Our Community Through Real Estate Investment."  The goal of this month’s luncheon is to connect African American Business Attorneys, Real Estate Professionals, Mortgage Specialists, and Certified Public Accountants with the small and mid-sized African American Businesses, as well as home owners and those looking to purchase homes who need financing to make their dreams of financial independence a reality.  This fits into our overall mission again to show our people in majority Black communities how to again access and manage the real estate in our communities in the spirit and example of the original Black Wall Street Of Tulsa.

In addition, a Book Drive will take place that is sponsored by Assertive Intellectual Motivation, NFP and The Save Our Community Coalition, NFP to build up a Law Library, Real Estate and Mortgage Education database for incarcerated men, and women.

You can secure your advance ticket today through our PayPal Account blackwallstreetchicago@yahoo.com or contacting our Program Manager for this event, Mr. Erik Hulon at 312-929-8257

Let me thank you in advance for your support and/or attendance for this special empowerment luncheon featuring The Honorable Judge Robin Shoffner and Mr. Marcus D. Jefferson.

God Bless
