Please be advised DeBartolo Construction Services, LLC/Lormax Stern Development Company, LLC  will be releasing bid documents starting August 31, 2015.  In order to assure all interested parties receive the bid package and proper trade and minority classifications are correct, make sure you have submitted the Pre-Qualification forms and included all copies of your minority certifications if you have not done so already.  Forms must be sent via email to epdiversity@aeroscm.com.  If this is not completed by September 4^th, 2015 there is no guarantee a bid package will be sent.
