BLACK FRIDAY RESPONSE
After being up working since 4:00 AM this morning and have now read over hundreds and hundreds of posts and seen many many media reports and excited to see so many of our people talking about the importance of economically doing the "Black" thing on this BLACK FRIDAY so here I am yet again to make this appeal today for some financial BLACK FRIDAY support for National Black Wall Street Chicago, a 501C3 Black economic advocacy organization designed to help create, sustain and increase Black business. The organization is trying to sustain its foundation as well as expand its Black Wall Street USA Midwest Region and our new Rev Willie T. Barrow Consumer Education and Consumer Action Project as we are committed to actively and systematically educate our community how to use its consumer power to create, sustain and increase Black business. So with all this conversation I am witnessing today about this BLACK FRIDAY then I hope this appeal falls on some responsive ears for how can we properly educate and advocate if we do not have the capacity. As a veteran activist of over 40 years I know from direct experience how our Black business community grew when we had full time Black economic advocacy groups across our communities and I watched how our communities declined as those groups dissolved. As Chairman of National Black Wall Street Chicago, I hope I can thank you in advance for this BLACK FRIDAY appeal. #blackfriday
