BIOGRAPHY OF APOSTLE BISHOP BRIDGET C. OUTLAW Prelate of Global Alliance Kingdom International Network Ministries (G.A.K.I.N.M.) GLOBAL ALLIANCE KINGDOM INTERNATIONAL NETWORK MINISTRIES (G.A.K.I.N.M.) Global Alliance Kingdom International Network Ministries (G.A.K.I.N.M.) was established in 2010. It is an international ministry which has its headquarters in Chicago, IL (USA).

Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw birthed the Global Alliance Kingdom International Network Ministries to help birth the FiveFold Ministry Offices. Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw is the Senior Bishop and Founder of the G.A.K.I.N.M. Alliance. She plans to open up a College for Bishops and Apostles so that the men and women of God can become more than just a ‘Head’ over a Church and/or jurisdiction, but that they can become Kingdom Ambassadors for Christ, so that the Bride of Christ’s can be brought to its mature state.

Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw has received various awards for her Hunger Advocacy, Literacy Advocacy and Humanitarian work:  June, 2015 – Received the honor of being named as “National Notary Association Ambassador” to the country.  February, 2015 – Nominated to receive the “CNN Heroes Award - 2015  January, 2015 – Received the award of “Top 5 Notary Public” in the country – this honor was given by the National Notary Association (California - USA).  November, 2014 – Honorary Street Name (Apostle Bridget C. Outlaw Way) on 116th and 117th and Princeton Ave., Chicago, IL. This honor was received for being a Global Social Change Agent across the Chicagoland Area. 

March, 2014 – “Presidential Lifetime Volunteer Achievement Award” for being a Global Hunger Relief Advocate across all nations.  March, 2013 – ComEd “Power of One” Neighborhood Hero Award for being a Hunger Relief Advocate across all communities in Illinois.  February, 2013 and February, 2015 – Nominated for the Red Cross American Heroes Award  April, 2012 – Chicago Defender Newspaper “51 Women of Excellence Award” for Community Activism and Global Change Advocacy. Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw’s Hunger Relief Program has feed on average 3,500 people on a monthly basis. This equates to 42,000 people per year (3,500 people x 12 months). Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw and Daughters of Destiny Enterprises, Inc. has become a Global Hub to eradicate illiteracy by becoming the only “First Book – Chicago”/“First Book Advisory Council”. First Book – Chicago will provide the opportunity for the youth of Chicago to receive new books which will, in turn, reverse the effects of illiteracy. Diplomas:  Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw received her Diploma in Chaplaincy Studies from the Church of God – Pentecostal Theology Seminary on May, 31, 2014. Spotlight on Hunger Relief Advocacy: Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw has been featured in the “Chicago Citizen Weekly Newspaper” (June 4, 2014). This article focused on Apostle Bishop Outlaw’s Hunger Relief Advocacy and being a Global Social Change Agent. Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw is featured in the Examiner.com Newspaper and website on July 23, 2014. This article focuses on her Hunger Relief Advocacy and bridging the gap between social services and the individual needs of the people. Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw is featured in “The Neighbor” local newspaper in the December 2014 issue (volume 1 Issue 7). This feature article spotlights “Homegrown, Hero in our own backyard which highlights her receiving the Honorary Street Name and the Daughters of Destiny Hunger Relief “Client Choice” Food Pantry and her Hunger Relief Program.

Community Activist: Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw has functioned as a community activist since her late teenage years. She has developed, spearheaded, organized and supported various aspects of community activism. This list includes, but is not limited to:  Organized and supported the Block Club for every year she lived on 116th & Princeton. She would use this venue to hand out school supplies and book bags to the neighborhood children.  Organized events that were directed at feeding the homeless in various distressed areas of the City of Chicago. She began with Pastor Rayford J. Pointer, who is the Pastor of New Birth Outreach Ministries, by feeding the homeless on 71st Street. The food was purchased with Apostle Bishop Outlaw’s own money.  Hosted a “Barbie Party” for girls and a “Wrestling Party with Hulk Hogan” for boys to encourage and assist them in boosting self-esteem and character building. 

Developed the “Mentoring Program” beginning at the age of 21 that has nurtured, developed, delivered and set free men, women, and children of all ages from all walks of life.  Organized the Prayer Walk-A-Thon in the Forest Preserve, which enabled people to walk in support of prayer for their family, friends, co-workers, or whomever you felt needed prayer.  Organized various types of Prayer Breakfast across the city to support corporate prayer for our loved ones, our cities, and the nations.  School Supply Drives, which enables sponsors and donors the opportunity to provide paper, pens, notebooks, funding and additional school supplies for those children that are in need.  Organized “The 17 Blocks Soul Winning” program which extended the opportunity for men and women of God, who have a passion for winning souls for Christ, to go out into the community to pass out tracks which encouraged people to follow Christ. 

Developed strategies to visit various men and women shelters and provide them with clothing, shoes, and encouragement which enabled them to trust and believe in God, who is the Hope of the World.  Spearheaded financial seminars which provided information, assistance, and remedies for credit repair, job training, home assistance, debt analysis and much more.  Established the Las Vegas Prayer in which Apostle Bishop Outlaw and various members took a trip to Las Vegas to pray for the dissolution of prostitution and the conditions of the city.  Developed the ‘National Day of Peace’ in Washington, D.C. in which Apostle Bishop Outlaw was accompanied by various leaders to march on Capitol Hill for peace in our communities, cities and states. The goal of this march was to bring awareness of the violence that is surrounding our youth of today and the senseless killings that has become the final effect of this violence.  Hosted the ‘Neighborhood Paper Drive’ where you could come and bring all your newspapers, magazines, old bills, and other miscellaneous paper documents to a dumpster that was provided by the City of Chicago. This event enabled those who needed documents shredded to do so safely and securely by dropping these items off to be shredded and disposed of. 

Spearheaded the Chaplain/Hospice program for various churches which enabled men and women of God the opportunity to receive the training necessary to work with and provide companionship to the elderly and sickly in critical situations.  2014 was the 17th year in which Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw and Daughters of Destiny Enterprises, Inc. hosted the “Annual Toy Drive, Clothing Drive, and Food Giveaway”. In this capacity Apostle Bishop Outlaw reached out to sponsors and contributors who assisted and provided resources of toys, clothes, coats, shoes, non-perishable food items, etc. The items provided helped families in need during the holiday season.

Each year, the goal is to service over 1,000 families in distressed communities.  Founder of “PROJECT HOPE #2” which is an amazing project that provides community revitalization and development to the community to create jobs and sustain underpoverished, and undeserved neighborhoods with jobs.  Facilitates the ‘Summer Food Program’ for at-risk children in the neighborhood. This program provides them with breakfast and lunch throughout the summer.  Facilitates the “After School Food Program” for at risk children in the neighborhood that provides them with a snack and dinner once they are dismissed from school. 

Created the “After School Charter Academy”. This academy is a safe haven for children to eat healthy nutritional snacks and dinner, learn basis computer skills, complete their homework, and participate in arts and crafts projects. This will give partners and sponsors the opportunity to engage in a partnering relationship that will build bridges for children to learn. This program aids in reducing the incidence of violent crimes committed against children between the hours of 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.  Organized numerous garage sales and vendor events that have allowed various small business owners the opportunity to solicit business and boost their sales. 

Partner and contributor to many small businesses in order to bring employment and training into the communities, such as ‘La Cake Boutique’ which is a high-end bakery boutique that will open up opportunities for community revitalization.  Founder of the Daughters of Destiny Enterprises, Inc. Hunger Relief Food Pantry which is a “Client Choice” Food Pantry where the clients can choose from the variety of healthy food items. The clients learn how to choose food items that are healthy and nutritious while reaching the goal of eradicating hunger across communities and eventually across America.  Spearheaded the “Mad Hatter” Scholarship Fundraiser which provides scholarships to the youth that are college bound and need assistance. 

Organized various events within the church that broadens the horizon and perspective of the members and community. Some of these events included: Sunday at the Museum of Science and Industry, movies (both inside church and in theatres), visiting Minneapolis, MN for a prayer conference and shopping at the Mall of America, one-day and night stays at various hotels in Illinois, bowling parties, pizza parties, cook-offs (men vs. women), bake sales, nacho day, Soul Food Sunday, church service held at Northern Illinois University Campus, the Black Cinderella Ball, swim parties, visits to the Mexican Museum to learn about indigenous people, the recreation of Resurrection Sunday, and many more. 

In February, 2015, Apostle Bishop Outlaw began the “Daughters of Destiny Enterprises, Inc. – Diaper Bank”. This program help in eliminating diaper depravity by “giving one diaper at a time”. Daughters of Destiny Enterprises, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that empowers women, men, and children in and out of the Chicagoland area. Daughters of Destiny Enterprises, Inc. acts as a “Global Social Change Agent” by helping to educate and eradicate illiteracy and poverty. This is done through providing job training and providing food items which empowers people to become sustainable within their family and home.

Apostle Bishop Bridget C. Outlaw has received her Christian training in the Church of God in Christ. Apostle Bishop Outlaw was one of the Educators for the Fifth Jurisdiction IL East Missionary Training School and she wrote the curriculum for Computer Technology with the Integration of Sermon Preparation. After faithfully serving in this capacity, she became the Head Liaison of the Board of Examiners for the Church of God in Christ. In this role, she has ordained 455 Evangelist Missionary over the years. Apostle Bishop Outlaw has functioned in every role of the Five-Fold Ministry (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, and Teacher). Also, Apostle Bishop Outlaw would bring forth God’s Word at her mother’s (Mother Andree’ Pointer) ministry named Christ Youth Ministries. This ministry was a vehicle in teaching the youth about God by creating a Psalms 91 cake.

She was called upon every month to minister the Word of God to the youth. Academic Matriculation: Apostle Bishop Outlaw received her Doctorate in Education in 2008. She was featured in the Scholastic Academic Achievement Book as one of America’s ‘Top Scholars’ for having a 4.0 GPA. Apostle Bishop Outlaw loves to teach various subjects: The Christian Herumantics of the Prophetic and Apostolic; The Book of Psalms; The Songs of Solomon; Proverbs; The End Time Bible Prophecy; Christian Global Leadership Education; The History of the Prophets; and The Pedagogical Education of Christian Principles. Apostle Bishop Outlaw has taught the Shekinah Glory Institute of Leadership Academy for Women: Christian Education and Spiritual Development. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Prophetic and Apostolic Studies.

Apostle Bishop Bridget Outlaw is married to Minister in Training Donald Outlaw of 28 years. They have a 24-year-old son, Darnell, whom has graduated from DeVry University with his degree In Computer Information Systems Management, and is currently enrolled in Roosevelt University (Chicago, IL) pursuing a degree in Finance.

 

Featured speaker for Womens Economic Power Luncheon is Apostle Bridget Outlaw who runs a successful multi million dollar Global Ministry fostering a number of successful Black female owned and run businesses. She will share her resources on how to help sustain and empower more Black women in business. And in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month we will present our Ollie Allen Cancer Survivor's Award to Sister Barbara Jean King. This award was created in honor of Chairman Mark Allen's mother Ollie Allen who was an over 35 year Breast Cancer Survivor before she died in February 2014. The Sun Time's Mary Mitchell was the first recipient as last years luncheon.
