** then as Part Owner and Manager of The Harrambe House Banquet Facility on 119th & Loomis (later known as Chicago Celebrations, and currently The Legacy Ballroom);
**and then he was one of the owners of the original Dixie Kitchen Restaurant in Hyde Park.
