<div><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"><u>THE BLACK STAKE IN DAVOS</u></span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> Back in the 1990s, there was a rather cute toon by the name of “Pinky and the Brain”. Pinky was the dumb rodent; the Brain was super smart. The running tag (or gag) line for the series floated this way: “Gee Brain, what do you want to do tonight?” “The same every night, Pinky…try to take over the world!”</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> I thought of that toon while watching an interesting gathering earlier in 2023. In case you may have tuned in late, another annual edition of the Davos shindig went into the history books. In early 2023, the ‘elite’ of this world got together at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. In case you were wondering, many of the attendees were just as white as the snow. Entry was by invitation only (including the press coverage), plus they were protected by an army of about 5,000 troops. Also, according to published reports, the folk who were brought there had their own private planes, has a much ‘companionship’ as they could stand, plus the ‘best’ that the world had to offer in terms of food, drink, and entertainment.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> Odds are, they’ll be back again at Davos—or some other LZ (landing zone) in 2024. And, yes; it seems that they like to ‘cherry pick’ a few people of color to make them ‘appear’ to believe in the DEI propaganda that they dole out through a corrupt press, media, and social media propaganda network.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> Unfortunately, the elites of this world would rather keep OUR people in slavery—legally.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> Yes, their goal is to try to take over the world via climate change, economic pressure and moving ‘their’ kind of people and polices into place around the world. Of course, God was not invited—but He always manages to ‘crash the party’. Eight out of every ten people on this planet are NOT of the lighter hue—yet we have the least amount of commentary solicited in such cozy confines like Davos. And, no, we don’t have a stake in Davos—except to mourn the ultimate stupidity of those involved.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> There are other kinds of behind-the-scenes meetings that take place year-round, where those who think that they are ‘in power’ sit and attempt to make ‘decisions’ about the rest of us. For example, the United Nations recently ‘opined’ that Americans should eat less meat ‘for the good of the environment’. Never mind the fact that the worst environmental bandits are China and their ilk. Never mind the fact that they such the money out of and wreck public education while they send THEIR children to the best institutions. What the UN SHOULD address is how many young Africans and other children of color are involved in working for a few dollars a day (if THAT much), mining the materials needed to create lithium batteries for ‘first world’ electric vehicles—even though such vehicles are NOT being purchased by the American public.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> It always boils down to the elites grinding the faces of people of color into the dust.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> Jesus warned through His Word that such groups would abound in the end times. Groups that demand the removal of the church, the family, and the KJV Bible. Groups that would call right wrong—and wrong right. Groups that would live in the lap of luxury while demanding funds and more from their ‘serfs’—also known as the ‘taxpaying public’. Groups that would work for the destruction of YOUR family, while ‘assuming’ that THEIR family could go on with their entitled lives. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:12pt;"> </span><span style="font-size:12pt;"> People of color, be aware of them…but don’t side with them against God or His people. The Davos crowd may have a ‘few’ select people of color among them, but don’t be fooled. They don’t believe in God, nor do they support our people. They DO believe in ‘cash money’—a substance that many have found to ‘burn up’ far too quickly if they are heading for the Devil’s playground. No matter how powerful they are on earth, Pinky—the Davos crowd won’t be able to take their successes, money or whims past the grave. <div><p align="center" style="text-align:left;">When I was in elementary school, I couldn’t find history books on Slavery. Regrettably, I was left to imagine what Slave life entailed on plantations in the Big House and in the fields of burning hot sun - the places where Black captives, stolen from the shores of Africa, endured their lives and their fate for generations. </p><p>It’s hard for people to believe that it was GOD’s WILL for enslavement such as ours to fall on a “race” of people who became proverbs and bywords in the “Four Corners of the Earth”. However, this is very true and poignant. Europeans rose up, determined the value in pillaging and plundering, conquering and dividing, and taking the spoils from one nation after another as a means to gain wealth, riches, and Slaves. They thought that it was their power and genius that enabled them to take control of another race of people - Blacks found on the continent of Africa.</p><p>European SLAVERS refused to fathom that the CREATOR GOD would cause HIS own Chosen and Covenant People to endure such an inhumane enslavement as this world-wide Slave Trade that ethnically cleansed the Blacks who were forcibly migrated from off the continent of Africa. If GOD’s People were indeed among these scores of Black groups taken from Africa, how could HE allow and watch the abuse and heinous inhumane crimes be committed against these people upon whom was affixed a painful yoke and who now permit a complete brainwashing of their own souls.</p><p><b>YET AND STILL SOME OF THESE BLACKS ARE GOD’S CHOSEN ACCURSED COVENANT PEOPLE, AND THERE IS NOTHING POWERFUL USURPERS OF HIS LAND CAN DO ABOUT IT!</b></p><p>It must be made perfectly clear to the world that GOD cursed HIS Chosen People for forsaking HIM and for rejecting HIS Righteous Book of the Law. And because of the disobedience of the Children of Israel, GOD left HIS Place in Jerusalem and returned back to HIS Place in the Heavens until HIS Chosen and other peoples decided to accept HIS Way of Life. <b>Unfortunately, too many people still have not done the research required to know and understand GOD’s HAND in these days that effect us all.</b></p><p><b><i>“The LORD said unto him [King Solomon], I have heard thy prayer [I Kings 8:15-53] and thy supplication, that thou hast made before me: I have hallowed this house, which thou hast built, to put my name there for ever; and mine eyes and mine heart shall be there perpetually.</i></b> <i>And if thou wilt walk before me, as David thy father walked, in integrity of heart, and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded thee, and wilt keep my statutes and my judgments: Then I will establish the throne of thy kingdom upon Israel for ever, as I promised to David thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man upon the throne of Israel. <b>But if ye shall at all turn from following me, ye or your children, and will not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them: Then will I cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for my name, will I cast out of my sight; and Israel shall be a proverb and a byword among all people:</b> And at this house, which is high, every one that passeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss; and they shall say, <b>Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and to this house? And they shall answer, Because <u>they forsook the LORD their God, who brought forth their fathers out of the land of Egypt, and have taken hold upon other gods, and have worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath the LORD brought upon them all this evil</u>.</b><b>”</b> I Kings 9:3 - 9</i></p><p>Our GOD of Israel had our enemies horde our forebears onto ships from Hell to scatter us throughout the world to serve our enemies that HE called “heathens”. </p><p><b><i>“And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.</i></b></p><p><b><i>“And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.”</i></b><i> Leviticus 26:33,38</i></p><p><b><i>“<u>The LORD shall scatter you among the nations, and ye shall be left few in number among the heathen, whither the LORD shall lead you. And there ye shall serve gods</u>,</i></b> <i>the work of men's hands, wood and stone, which neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell. <b>BUT IF FROM THENCE THOU SHALT SEEK THE LORD THY GOD, THOU SHALT FIND HIM, IF THOU SEEK HIM WITH ALL THY HEART AND WITH ALL THY SOUL. WHEN THOU ART IN TRIBULATION, AND ALL THESE THINGS ARE COME UPON THEE, EVEN IN THE LATTER DAYS, <u>IF THOU TURN TO THE LORD THY GOD, AND SHALT BE OBEDIENT UNTO HIS VOICE</u>;</b> (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them.” Deuteronomy 4:27 - 31</i></p><p>Do not these verses suffice to prove that Slaves were enticed to worship the god of heathens? Read the above passages again, because that is precisely what has happened to Slaves stolen off the continent of Africa:</p><p>To prove how asinine our forebears were, they learned nothing from GOD making them OUTCASTS and sending them into exile specifically for turning to other gods. They learned about the White Man’s man-god and without hesitation were quickly enticed to worship the god of their deplorable heathenish CAPTORS! How utterly dumb was that. </p><p>During Slavery, our forefathers watched the White Man’s disdain for Slaves and his cruelty and merciless attacks on their people, and they had no power to retaliate. What the Hell were the Slaves thinking to see this barbarism and still desire to worship the god of their tormentors? And today, literally, nothing has changed. Descendants of Slaves witness the deplorable acts of the powers-that-be, but still the last thing on their minds is to question the divinity of those who have the control and who savagely provoke us from one generation to the next. The White Man’s god has not helped us or saved us out of this miserable captivity, so, why worship his deity? Worship the CREATOR GOD of this Universe, as was taught in the “Old Testament” until White so-called “civilized” Whites rose up and changed HIS Ordinances with their own man-made “New Testament” and its White man-god. Surely, we can connect the dots and comprehend that the Most High GOD of GOODNESS and RIGHTEOUSNESS is not happy with this world and is in the process of bringing all this evil and wickedness to an end.</p><p>This world is a disaster, and war and violence are the order of each and every day. The US, with all its military might and weaponry, seems exempt from turmoil and any attack, but don’t believe it. The US thrives on exploiting and strengthening the hands of corruptors, and there are many countries very disturbed because of the exploits of the United States of America. Many nations are thoroughly against US intervention and meddling in their affairs. Bombing nations that do not cooperate with the will of the US and putting sanctions on impoverished countries are coming to an end. Bombing countries as the US razed Vietnam and Iraq will cease. And the reason is that the ruling world, powers-that-be have made their run, and now, even for them, the handwriting is on the wall. Sooner rather than later the CREATOR GOD will end US and all aggression and Israeli control over HIS Land, and at that time, we can honestly say that the CREATOR GOD is taking back HIS Universe and HIS Covenant People and returning the SEED of the Children of Israel to our heritage. HE first chose us, and now, before it is too late, we must return back to HIM.</p><p><b><i>“OUT OF HEAVEN HE MADE THEE TO HEAR HIS VOICE, THAT HE MIGHT INSTRUCT THEE:</i></b> <i>and upon earth he shewed thee his great fire; and thou heardest his words out of the midst of the fire. And <b><u>BECAUSE HE LOVED THY FATHERS, THEREFORE HE CHOSE THEIR SEED AFTER THEM</u>, and brought thee out in his sight with his mighty power out of Egypt;</b><b>”</b> Deuteronomy 4:36,37</i></p><p><b><i>“And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul, To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?</i></b> <i>Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the LORD's thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is. <b>ONLY THE LORD HAD A DELIGHT IN THY FATHERS TO LOVE THEM, AND <u>HE CHOSE THEIR SEED AFTER THEM</u>, EVEN YOU ABOVE ALL PEOPLE, AS IT IS THIS DAY.</b> Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked. <b>For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:</b></i></p><p><i><b>“Love ye therefore the stranger: for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt.</b> Thou shalt fear the LORD thy God; him shalt thou serve, and to him shalt thou cleave, and swear by his name. He is thy praise, and he is thy God, that hath done for thee these great and terrible things, which thine eyes have seen. Thy fathers went down into Egypt with threescore and ten persons; and now the LORD thy God hath made thee as the stars of heaven for multitude.” Deuteronomy 10:12 – 17.19 - 22</i></p><p>Although we are GOD’s Chosen, HE yet embraces all peoples, nations, and tongues who will take hold of <i>HIS</i> Righteous Covenant to live and do it in Truth.</p><p><b><i>“Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants, every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant; Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer:</i></b> <i>their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people. The Lord GOD which gathereth the outcasts of Israel saith, Yet will I gather others to him, beside those that are gathered unto him.” Isaiah 56:6 - 8 </i></p><p><b>Today many Blacks know our true identity and know that Our GOD is the GOD of the Black Hebrew Israelites that calls HIMSELF the GOD of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and also JEHOVAH</b> (Exodus 3:15; and 6:3), but still lay claim to JC. The man-god, JC, is not called by either of these Names, but rather he is called JC and to his chagrin cannot in any way, manner, or form be compared with the Most HIGH GOD of Israel.</p><p>(It must be noted that Israelites are forbidden to mention the names of other gods: Exodus 23:13.) </p><p>If Our GOD of Israel cursed us and scattered us from the Land of Israel <u>for worshipping and serving other gods</u>, then it makes perfectly good common sense to return back to this CREATOR GOD that made us HIS Covenant People and that brought all this HELL upon us. When GOD said HE is a JEALOUS GOD, doesn’t that speak volumes? Then know of a certainty HE will not hear our prayers nor save us out of this hopeless captivity so long as we call on the god of these evil and wicked cruel CAPTORS.</p><p><b><i>“Open ye the gates, that the righteous nation which keepeth the truth may enter in.</i></b> <i>Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. <b><u>Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength</u></b>:</i></p><p><br /> <b><i>“Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.</i></b></p><p><i><br /> <b>“O LORD our God, other lords beside thee have had dominion over us: but by thee only will we make mention of thy name.</b><b>”</b> Isaiah 26:2 – 4,8,13</i></p><p><i> </i></p><p><b><i>“And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.”</i></b><i> Isaiah 25:9</i></p><p><b><i>“The LORD hath taken away thy judgments,</i></b> <i>he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee: <b>THOU SHALT NOT SEE EVIL ANY MORE.</b> In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: and to Zion, Let not thine hands be slack. <b>THE LORD THY GOD IN THE MIDST OF THEE IS MIGHTY; HE WILL SAVE, HE WILL REJOICE OVER THEE WITH JOY; HE WILL REST IN HIS LOVE, HE WILL JOY OVER THEE WITH SINGING.</b> I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee, to whom the reproach of it was a burden. <b>BEHOLD, AT THAT TIME I WILL UNDO ALL THAT AFFLICT THEE:</b> and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven out; and <b>I will get them praise and fame in every land where they have been put to shame. At that time will I bring you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD.</b><b>”</b> Zephaniah 3:15 - 20</i></p><p><b>It was always the CREATOR GOD that SAVED HIS COVENANT People, the Children of Israel, out of Egyptian bondage, fought their battles to secure the Land of Israel, and saved them countless times from their enemies after they had lived many years in their Land. So, why should we turn to another god and least of all the god of our oppressors?</b> We have got to wake up out of this brainwashing stupor or forever serve our cruel and heartless enemies. From GOD’s WORD, we should know that all is not lost, for the GOD of Our Covenant would not let that happen. Though the CREATOR GOD has enabled the true identity of HIS Chosen People to be revealed, still we have not gathered together as ONE under the umbrella of HIS LAW. For this reason there will only be a Remnant returned out of this horrific captivity.</p><p><b><i>“</i></b><b><i>Therefore fear thou not, O my servant Jacob, saith the LORD; neither be dismayed, O Israel: for, lo, I will save thee from afar, and thy seed from the land of their captivity; and Jacob shall return, and shall be in rest, and be quiet, and none shall make him afraid.</i></b><i> For <b>I am with thee, saith the LORD, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.</b><b>” </b> Jeremiah 30:10,11 </i></p><p><b>THE BLESSING: AND THE CURSE:</b></p><p><b><i>“The LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail;</i></b> <i>and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them: And thou shalt not go aside from any of the words which I command thee this day, to the right hand, or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them. But it shall come to pass, <b>if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe to do all his commandments and his statutes which I command thee this day;</b> that all these curses shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:</i></p><p><b>AND THE CURSE (Leviticus 26<sup>th</sup> and Deuteronomy 28<sup>th</sup> Chapters):</b></p><p><i>“The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low. He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail. Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee: And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever. Because thou servedst not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things; Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and <b><u>he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck</u>,</b> until he have destroyed thee. <b>The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand</b>;” Deuteronomy 28:13 – 15,43 – 49</i></p><p><b>Wisdom is abandoning the man-god of SLAVERS and returning back to the GOD that put these curses upon us.</b> We had it so good when we inhabited our own Land. Our GOD of Israel satisfied our forefathers with all their needs and supplied us with a true Land of Milk and Honey, gold, silver, brass, iron, and anything they thought they wanted. GOD even gave King Solomon wisdom and knowledge second to no man, and HE made him the richest king of all times. This was a Black King whose patriarch (Abraham) came out of “Ur of the Chaldees” – Ancient Babylon – a once great nation and Empire that was inhabited with Black people of the Seed of Ham. You aren’t told these things in church or school. Abraham came out of Sumer in Ancient Babylon. I am so proud to say that Abraham was a Black man who believed in the CREATOR GOD with all his heart and soul, and he obeyed HIM to follow HIS Way of Life that HE set forth in The BEGINNING when HE Created the Heavens and the Earth. (And you thought the JEALOUS GOD of the First Commandment has something to do with this White man’s blue-eyed god.) Our only genuine alternative is to SEEK after this GOD, and I cannot stress enough that HE is obviously Our ONLY HOPE.</p><p><i>“Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, <b><u>HE THAT SCATTERED ISRAEL WILL GATHER HIM, AND KEEP HIM, AS A SHEPHERD DOTH HIS FLOCK</u>. For the LORD hath redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he.</b><b>” J</b>eremiah 31:10,11</i></p><p><i>“Thus saith the LORD of hosts; <b><u>Behold, I will save my people from the east country, and from the west country; And I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God</u></b>, in truth and in righteousness. Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouth of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the LORD of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built.” Zechariah 8:7 - 9</i></p><p>Can you imagine what all plagued the Slaves at the time of the births of each one of their babies? I can, and I think about it often. Their babies were born into the world beautiful and completely oblivious to the misery that awaited them. Mothers and fathers watched their children grow, some, not all to the age of five or older when they too would slave in the fields or be taken from their parents and sold off to another SLAVER never to be seen again. And those children who would become adults and stayed with their parents would suffer greatly, also from watching their precious offspring beaten, abused, and forced to commit despicable acts that would take their childhood, as well. Surely they cursed the day they brought their babies into the world and deeply regretted the day their babies had babies. They, without question, wished they had never had to live to see the Hell brought upon their children. But that’s not all. They also had to witness the insane immoral and vile acts committed against their parents, especially their mothers. <b>Life as a Slave was Hell, and this life as a descendant of Slaves can be just as disgraceful, as well. </b></p><p>Today, descendants of Slaves are in the news like never before, even more than in the days of the Sixties when Blacks did Sit-ins and bus boycotts, which didn’t last too long because these acts hit the White Man’s pockets hard and hurt his economy. Thus, the worst of the racist acts diminished. </p><p>The “Black Lives Matter” Movement came into being because of White racist cops murdering Blacks to the tune of one Black dead every 48 hours without prosecution. More and more there are accounts of Blacks speaking out one way or another about the demeaning and oppressive lives we must live and the injustice we face at every turn. A Black Brother, Colin Kaepernick, now sits or kneels to the US National Anthem, and many others are joining him in an effort to call attention to the oppression and injustice Blacks face in the United States. THANK GOD, we are supporting Kaepernick in this endeavor because the “Civil Rights Movement”, per se, is dead!!!</p><p>Even given a Black President, Barack Obama, in place, who will soon have served eight years in the White House, witnesses atrocities against Blacks but has done nothing and nothing has changed for Black Peoples. And as a matter of fact, race relations in the United States and in other countries involved in the Slave Trade have worsened. That which is most disheartening is that our Black President Obama is on record favoring Whites over Blacks, though Blacks banned together to put him in office. Politicians have questioned the President’s reserve to act in favor of African Americans, especially since he claimed before the election to be a “President of All Americans”. </p><p>During President Obama’s term in office, the young innocent Black children have been left behind in every respect even farther behind than when President Bush W. was in office for eight years. The deplorable and inferior schools in Black communities no longer exist or classrooms are severely over crowded if they exist at all. Being Black, President Obama should realize that at the time of Slavery, the SLAVERS were determined to classify their Slaves as chattel, out of the realm of education and illiterate, and uninformed about their past lives, their ethnicities, cultures, languages, and their countries of origin. This was ethnic cleansing at its best. There was only one thing SLAVERS wanted of their Slaves, and that was for them to be seasoned ignorant Slaves kept dumb as nails, and to be made a laughing stock. </p><p>However, when Slaves were so-called “emancipated”, by law the racist government had to provide Blacks with educational systems throughout the country. However, these racist powers-that-be of Black Michelle Obama’s “Greatest Country on Earth” were determined to provide Blacks with the worst deplorable and inferior school systems ever, and Chicago, Gary, and Philadelphia schools head this list, and most other inner city schools with high crime follow. If teachers are not qualified to teach and classrooms are overcrowded, how are students expected to learn, especially if they do not have the appropriate academic textbooks? Black Congressional Representatives are well aware of this dilemma and have not made this enough of an issue. And that, too, is deplorable, as they are supposed to represent their constituents, but instead they are in place to manifest policies for the very people who sustain oppression, suppression, and regression in this wholly racist American society. </p><p>Just as the Slaves mourned their children as they watched their suffering at the hands of merciless and hate-filled SLAVERS, Blacks today watch their children despondently, also, and still cannot do one thing about it. Blacks have tried to demonstrate against this biased and ethnocentric society and captivity, and for years demonstrated against discrimination and racism even since the end of Slavery, but to no avail. </p><p>I watched my daughter who was at the time an honor student in elementary school and never got a “C” on her report card compete in a folklore contest. She won in her classroom, in her building, and then competed in her district. I listened to her go up against one White male kid who spoke all right but his delivery was clearly not as good as my daughter’s. I just knew my daughter had won because she had spoken with expression and mannerisms and had not made any mistakes, but when the announcement claimed the winner, I don’t know who was more surprised – the boy’s parents or myself. The White child won, and his parents came over to me to say that they just knew my daughter had won. Given all they shared, I felt they were telling me that my daughter should have won. </p><p>Our Black children are unsung heroes who will never be recognized on a broad scale by the powers-that-be in this country or in any of the countries that took us captives. Whites even get nervous when Asians score high on SAT’s and qualify for the top universities in the country. Whites not only want to break the spirits of young Blacks, but they do not want Blacks to excel and compete with their kids on the job market. They do not want Black doctors, scientist, professors, and engineers standing with the best of them. And to make sure this does not happen, they put drugs in our neighborhoods to enable Blacks to sell drugs and be drug addicts, and it worked. Their hope is that Blacks will forever live in environments of vice in projects, especially, that preclude decent lifestyles, as their aim is to reach the little ones, so that they become school drop-outs, as well and perpetuate the decline and destruction of Blacks. </p><p>If Blacks remain complacent about this grave perplexing dilemma, then matters will only exacerbate for Black children and for the gangs with guns in the Ghettoes. We have to act or none of us will be safe. Being descendants of Slaves, those of us who wish to leave out of this racist country, must demand our FREEDOM to Exodus and be resettled elsewhere with Reparations. If Blacks prefer to stay in the US, then demand that the infrastructure in the Ghettoes be upgraded and the schools’ faculty be certified to teach elementary and high school math and all the rest of the curricula. And it is imperative that our Black teenage drop-outs be taken off the streets by providing them funds to return back to school and or funds to learn a trade. Blacks on drugs would be required to go for rehabilitation. Those not on drugs would be encouraged to spend time in pertinent vocations so as to be sure of selecting the right trade of interest. Allow the student to decide his or her own vocation to study. To also get Black teens off the streets and out of gangs, it should be required that they attend classes to discuss social issues that might be troubling them with male and female members of their community who are admirable and reputable members of their society.</p><p>These discussions should be patterned after AA Meetings and should focus on matters concerning the lives of these young men and women so that they will realize that life for them and everyone else is meaningful, and that they do have a reason to improve their lives and not give them over to gang-life, drugs, alcohol, and death. This is an approach for Blacks and Hispanics, as well, that both groups unite and strive to better their communities and improve relations between the groups. Sports, science competitions, drama and sewing classes, choir and dancing classes, farm visits and chores, cooking experiences, cosmetology, music lessons, and chess and other board games are all positive activities to bring young adults together. Rather than let our young people waste away in jails and on drugs, die from Black-on-Black crimes, and remain illiterate, these suggestions are worth contemplating. Whites do not tolerate Black lives, do not appeal to government to end the injustice and oppression in the Ghettoes, and most of them would prefer that Blacks be out of mind and out of sight – preferably dead or in jail rather than pay to ensure our children are provided quality education and afforded admirable extra curricular experiences to supplement the academics. </p><p>Given the plethora of churches in the Black communities, it is a travesty that clergymen and Evangelists have not reached out to the government that gives them tax exemption and demanded that Black Youth be helped and saved out of these troubled and deadly times.</p><p><b>REGARDING REPARATIONS FOR DESCENDANTS OF SLAVES WHO CHOSE TO EXODUS:</b></p><p>The plan is simple and is easily brought to fruition by the Slave State. The Exodus, Reparations, and resettlement would all be facilitated by the Slave State. And Blacks should be confident with this movement, for as we know Blacks were extremely successful in the past with their own Black Wall Street, and it did wonders for the Black community. They wanted to give their children an opportunity for a quality education and decent living arrangements in order that they be far from hostilities, violence, and racism. They wanted to be sure of giving their children an environment of reputable Blacks who believed in themselves and wanted the best for themselves and for their children. It did not end this way, but that does not mean we should give up and abandon having our own communities. We have to step up to the plate and establish the necessary “CHANGE” that would make it possible for Blacks to be economically independent of White control over us and void of oppression and injustice. The Blacks of the Black Wall Street in Tulsa did all that they had to do to become a wealthy Black-owned entity and successful economic leading-edge venture for all Blacks to adopt and mirror because it can be done.</p><p>With Reparations Blacks can establish communities, school systems of our own making, farms with non-genetically modified produce, banks, supermarkets, clothing, shoe stores, and our own manufacturing companies abroad and not in the United States. </p><p>Though some Blacks may be against such a venture, we owe it to our Youth - our children - to save them out of this despicable life in the United States that is either killing us slowly, suppressing us, and or directing us to fail. We are not beneath White People, but rather, we are intelligent human beings and a people to be reckoned with. We are of a genius to desire life in a fun-loving peace and in a better world. This is not the objective of White World Leaders or of the rulers in the US government. The US’ Chief concerns are war and suffering of others and touting an American Dream that in reality is not for descendants of Slaves or for Third-World countries. Of a truth as long as there is a White World Order, there will never be a dream fulfilled for Blacks, as a group, but we must do better than what is before us until the CREATOR GOD of this Earth takes back HIS Universe. </p><p>If Blacks want to live in a decent environment, it won’t happen in the United States or other Slave Nation for as long as these people control our lives. We will have to make our own Dream Society for our own children and grandchildren and raise them in such a way that they will love their lifestyles and themselves to sustain it a land of prosperity and promise for all of our future generations. We would be fools to suffer under this oppression if we can do better. We have to make justice our human right and demand that this government that forced our people to these shores manifest our return and resettlement – be it accordingly with Reparations or by another means. Just recently Congress gave consent for families of the victims that were killed in the 9/11 fall of the Twin Towers to sue Saudi Arabia. Well, where is Congressional consent for the long awaited restitution due to descendants of Slaves. We cannot allow double standards to deprive us of our rights and desires to establish better environments, living conditions, and educational systems for our progeny so that our generations for years to come will be able to live without fear of police brutality and without the control of rulers and a government that have no regard for our wellbeing.</p><p>In closing, Blacks have no other options in this “<b>Black Lives Matter and Blacks Must Save and Protect Black Lives”</b> issue. This horrific and deplorable nation of despair, oppression, and suffering of descendants of Slaves is a life of unending Hell. This racist country is now touting and commending the handicapped individuals in wheelchairs who stand to the US National Anthem in opposition to Colin Kaepernick and others who won’t because of the injustices Blacks endure. Under these abominable conditions Blacks are doomed to fail and will, therefore, let’s end this subjugation and total dependence on descendants of SLAVERS who believe in the survival of the fittest. We are smarter than this. Therefore, we must participate in a revolutionary movement to end this oppression of Blacks that has gone on for far too long, or we can succumb to this predicament and await our demise. </p><p>Desperately Blacks need the help of the ALMIGHTY GOD, or we haven’t a prayer. HE has said to Trust in HIM and CLEAVE to HIM and obey HIS VOICE for Righteousness’ Sake and live in HIS Peace. We never did before, and now we have no choice but to trust in HIS Mercy. We have to give HIS WORD a chance to prove its worth! <div><p></p><p><b>August 18, 2014</b></p><p style="text-align:center;"><span class="font-size-4"><b>THE FERGUSON RIOTS, ETC.</b></span></p><p><b>I guess everyone knows by now that I am very disappointed with President Obama for his lack of effort to be a voice for the human rights of African Americans, as he has been for Israelis and Gay Rights advocates. In truth Blacks have been persecuted in this country under his watch, and it has taken – not the deaths of Black men at the hands of White police officers and the recent barbaric beating of a Black woman, but rather it has taken (after six years) a riot in Ferguson, Missouri to get a noteworthy rise out of this man who has said he is president of all the people in the United States. My guess is that he has acted now because this riot has caused further damage to his legacy. The city of Ferguson has 55 White policemen and only 3 of them are Black. And I am not impressed that the police chief put up Capt. Ron Johnson, a Black man, to speak before the people of Ferguson. I hate it when White people think Blacks are so naïve not to see through their scheme. And then they have the audacity to have a White clergyman pray at a press conference. PUHLEEESE! Nice ploy, but it did not work. These racist people could not be farther removed from the True and Living GOD, and there is nothing they can say or do at this juncture except to give descendants of Slaves the right to FREEDOM and LIBERTY.</b></p><p><b>I wonder if President Obama realizes that the acronym, “ISIS”, is the new police brutality that executes control over Blacks with military weaponry.</b></p><p><b>That being true, it is my hope that now he will step up to the plate and endorse a Bill that will serve justly for the descendants of the Black Peoples forcibly taken from the shores of Africa and who toiled without pay under cruel and inhumane conditions in order that Whites would be privileged and made wealthy off the backs of Slaves for many generations. </b></p><p><b>If people really want to show sincere benevolence, then let there be an Ice Bucket Challenge to END RACISM and injustice, to discuss EQUITY, the SLAVE TRADE, REPARATIONS, and RESETTLEMENT for descendants of Slaves who desire to leave out of this land of captivity.</b></p><p><b>We must not delude ourselves into believing that remaining in these United States will one day end this White Superiority and race hatred that keeps us suppressed and an inferior peoples. Black Peoples need to be their own governors, CEO’s, and educators and need to establish their own social and economic systems for the benefit and prosperity of Blacks, so that our progeny will be able to get off the streets, get out of penitentiary, get off of drugs, be educated, and pursue genuine “happiness”. As I have said before, we need another “Black Wall Street” but one that is outside of the United States and far away from the White influence that has Blacks walking backwards in gross darkness. Shame on the oppressed and the persecuted who foolishly believe that we need the White Man and his resources. “Black Wall Street” proves otherwise. WHITES KNOW THE TRUE FACTS, AND THEY KNOW THAT BLACKS ARE BRAINWASHED TO THEIR WAYS AND CUSTOMS AND THUS KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THEIR TRUE HERITAGE.</p><p>Blacks can either continue on this course of servitude and suppression under the hardships of brutal oppressors or seek the True GOD and strive to rise above and out of this captivity for the sakes of our generations to follow and for our own peace of mind. We even have a Justice Thomas and his ilk in place to prove it. This decision on Affirmative Action to uphold a ban on Affirmative Action for any reason rings true that Blacks have no voice in this so-called system of justice and much less representation in the White House to speak for the oppressed and repressed in in this country.</span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">Justice Kagan, President Obama’s appointment, “sat out of the case due to conflicts of interest”. So, how do you like that!!! (<a href="http://www.theguardian.com/law/2014/apr/22/us-supreme-court-michigan-affirmative-action">http://www.theguardian.com/law/2014/apr/22/us-supreme-court-michigan-affirmative-action</a>)</span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">Justice Kagan can’t understand that in matters of equity and discrimination that fairness and ending racism against an oppressed people should take precedence and, therefore, must be addressed immediately and not left to chance. If she cannot understand that it is paramount for the US Supreme Court to act swiftly and to deal with such matters objectively, then she is in the wrong appointment.</span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">We can thank President Obama for his appointments to the US Supreme Court. Among other things, he, too, shows a lack of foresight with his decisions. He may think he has a worthy legacy given that 7.1 million people (out of 300 mil.) enrolled in Obamacare (Affordable Health Care Act), but it is obvious that this low registration for AHCA is too little to factor in as an impressive legacy. And his decisions on military warfare in other countries (e.g., ammunition to Israelis for their apartheid state) overshadow anything he’s done that can be determined admirable. Not even his own Justice Department under Holder is a voice for the oppressed under his watch, and that would render President Obama’s eight-year legacy a real disappointment. This Black man is one for the books of major disappointments. I had no idea his work in office would be so diminished for the impoverished and the repressed who have no voice in this “Good Ol’ U.S. of A. called “America the Beautiful”.</span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">What would it take for Black folks to rise up against the White Man’s hatred of descendants of Slaves other than the HAND of GOD upon them? How much more needs to be done against Blacks before we come together in mass to demand FREEDOM, REPARATIONS, and an EXODUS out of this Hell? </span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">It’s been a long time coming, but another Black Wall Street has to be established for Black independence and for our self-determination because it will never happen in these United States. We know this because time and time again the racist US Supreme Court is in place to inhibit our prosperity and to foster our demise. Has this court ended racial profiling and police brutality, the death of innocent minorities, inferior and over-crowded schools in the Ghettoes, or unfair employment practices? Let’s not forget that the US Supreme Court supports the same Constitution that promoted Blacks being 3/5 a person. Yes, this clause was amended, but the fact that it was in place rings true of the reality that the United States, this US Constitution, and the US Supreme Court still operate to sustain the subjugation of Blacks and other minorities.</span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">By the way, forget using the ballot for your endeavors, as the election of a Black President was a waste of time, and Black public servants know that if they make waves, then their election will be short lived. If we must vote, vote for the CREATOR GOD – not this White Man’s blue-eyed man-god, because he, too, is just as useless as is this racist US Supreme Court! </span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">Since when has the White Man given the Black man anything that would manifest our prosperity? Even giving Blacks welfare (pocket change), instead of decent employment was for a reason, which is to sustain Ghetto life and impoverishment. Likewise for the White Man’s Christianity; it keeps Blacks in darkness about the CREATOR GOD. If White Rulers in countries that enjoyed the wealth of the Slave Trade had truly wanted to advance Black intellect, enterprise, education, and inclusion in political and economic affairs, then they would have done so rather than keep us a repressed people and make racist comments against Blacks. In that regard Donald Sterling, Clippers owner, who has the mindset of Slavers, is a perfect example of Whites who put themselves above Blacks and who sustain the negative status quo of bywords and evil thoughts about Blacks – no matter how much money Blacks make for them. </span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">When we finally realize that it was and still is people like Sterling who wish Blacks to believe they are good and honest people by sending their Christian Missionaries across the country and throughout the world to promote a god that does not profit anyone, not them and certainly not Blacks, then we certainly can understand that Whites have ulterior motives – least of all that we find the Most High GOD. There motives are to deceive, keep Blacks ignorant to GOD’s Spiritual Truths, and to sustain White superiority. </span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">The White Man has completely changed the Walk of Life that the CREATOR GOD designed for living in peace, harmony, and happiness on HIS Earth. The White Man’s world order is self-serving and imposes his philosophy and culture upon the masses, especially the have-nots, that they believe the religion of his choosing. One cannot reach the CREATOR until he/she calls upon HIM, and our captors have us calling on the wrong god. Hence, we are still under the White Man’s control. One good example proving that Slavers and descendants of Slavers have tampered with GOD’s Ways is that the White Man’s religion has changed GOD’s Holy anniversary of CREATION, which HE “hallowed” as the Seventh Day that must be observed as the day of HIS REST after HE Created the Heavens and the Earth and all things therein. It was the CREATOR GOD that Commanded this day be kept “for a perpetual covenant” (Exodus 31:16), and nowhere can it be found that Thus Saith the LORD changed HIS Fourth Commandment: </span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">“Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. <sup> </sup>Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: <sup> </sup>But the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: <sup> </sup>For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.” Exodus 20:8 - 11</span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">An even more serious tampering with GOD’s WORD involves belief and worship of a blue-eyed man-god enabling fulfillment of the White Man’s scheme to deceive the “Elect”. That being a given, why on Earth do we choose to have faith in anything they establish for descendants of Slaves? Looking for their sincere and honest help is like looking for and hoping in JC’s suffering so that those who believe in him won’t have to. Wake up, “Dry Bones” before it is too late and seek for the ONE TRUE and LIVING CREATOR GOD! When will Blacks stand up and take charge of their own lives to ensure that descendants of Blacks will cease to be third-class citizens in White societies? When will there be “Black Wall Streets” across the globe setting standards of <i>admirable</i> ideals of true justice and honest prosperity that will surpass the evil works of those who discriminate against us?</span></p><p style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;" class="font-size-3">A few months ago I was in Ghana, and I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to see Black people in charge of their industries: television, radio, the markets, construction, etc., etc. Ghana has come a long way and still has a long way to go, but the wheels are in motion for Black prosperity and Black wealth on the continent of Africa that would enable Black peoples in the lands of Slavers to rise up and out of captivity. I can also see how Ghana will lead the way and set examples for other countries in Africa to follow. Blacks stolen from the continent of Africa were of many nationalities, and those who are directly descended from “Africans” can be proud and return to their mother lands to take part in the development of their homeland so that Blacks can be established and compete with the best brains in the world in the fields of science, math, and in all disciplines of engineering, as well as in education from elementary to secondary and higher educations of learning. <div><p dir="ltr"><span><a href="{{#staticFileLink}}3828549422,original{{/staticFileLink}}"><img width="508" class="align-full" src="{{#staticFileLink}}3828549422,original{{/staticFileLink}}" alt="3828549422?profile=original" /></a>I am working the Ariana-Leilani case:</span> <span>Ariana-Leilani has been suffering for five years from</span> <span>untreated</span> <span>Severe Chronic Neutropenia (SCN). SCN is a rare potentially fatal low immunity condition (like AIDS) that can lead to her death in as little as 18 hours from a common infection. The experts believe that, based on the tests done to date, her severe chronic neutropenia is caused by drugs. However, she has yet to receive any testing for drugs in her system in the five years she has suffered from SCN, nor even given a urinalysis. In 2010, the German Government requested the District’s aid in getting her life saving GCSF medicine and an independent medical and psychological evaluation; but, that request also remains unsatisfied. Instead, the various agencies of Mayor Gray’s administration cower in fear claiming that they do not have authority to protect – let alone investigate -- this DCPS student, 10 year old African American Ariana-Leilani.</span></p><p>Mayor Gray’s administration’s systematic inaction protects powerful and influential (mostly white) adults in Washington DC who are engaged in the abuse and neglect. It is no coincidence that DC’s Attorney General and his stable of attorneys have been leading the charge to run interference for these individuals, claiming the administration is a toothless tiger in protecting a child who is regularly present at her school with concerning physical symptoms.</p><p dir="ltr"><span>The evidence that drugs are causing Ariana-Leilani’s condition is supported by: 1) the recent DCPS Key School school photos that clearly show she has extremely dilated eyes (indicating drug in her systems) and 2) DCPS’s own IEP reports that show behavior that point to the same. The DCPS’s own IEP reports – which are written by DCPS personnel – tell the story of how Ariana-Leilani stares into space, she only speaks about the past outside of school, she has accidents while in school, and she went from a high performance learner five years ago to a child with a “learning disability” who struggles to keep up to her peers. The 2011 DCPS IEP for Ariana-Leilani disclosed that:</span></p><p>The student demonstrates behaviors that are atypical for her age (wetting herself, significantly overreacting to events). Several behaviors are distracting and prevent her from focusing and learning (singing to self, talking about unrelated topics during a lesson, gazing at the ceiling). The student talks readily about things that happened years ago, but is secretive about much that goes on in her life currently. She also struggles to handle her emotions and interact with peers.</p><p dir="ltr"><span>A ten-year-old child being seriously ill, without relief for five years and showing aberrant behavior “</span><span>atypical for her age”</span> <span>strongly suggests abuse and neglect, particularly involving drugs (such as those used to facilitate and cover up abuse, like Benzodiazepine which also has a side effect of Severe Chronic Neutropenia). A child with Severe Chronic Neutropenia of undetermined cause (due to lack of testing for the most likely cause) and a parent drugging a child is not a “custody matter” -- no matter who is perpetrating it. But that is the cop-out that your administration uses to avoid fulfilling its responsibility to Ariana-Leilani.</span></p><p>Ariana-Leilani King-Pfeiffer is a dual German and US citizen with only a German Passport, and is currently sleeping in a queen sized bed in a 500 square foot one bedroom walk up apartment with her father, who is a German citizen making over $160,00 per year. The German Government made a formal request to the US State Department in 2010. The German Government asked for assistance in getting Ariana-Leilani life saving medicine and an independent medical and psychological evaluation. That request was forwarded to the District of Columbia. The District of Columbia has thus far failed to provide any of the assistance that the German government requested.</p><p><span id="docs-internal-guid-0018b8f6-d285-4bfa-84e8-ccc9a5c266de"><span>Why is it okay for a white man to drug his black daughter? Why is it okay for a white man to sexually abuse her? Why is it okay to share her with other men? Why is it okay for the DC Government to turn a blind eye to her suffering? <div><p>Trayvon Martin and Other Travesties</p><p>“SANFORD, Fla. (AP) — Neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman was cleared of all charges late Saturday night in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, the unarmed black teenager whose killing unleashed furious debate across the U.S. over racial profiling, self-defense and equal justice.”</p><p>Last Friday I was in the town Post Office, one of the clerks asked me if I thought Zimmerman was going to be convicted. I told her no. She appeared shocked and asked me why I thought that way. I explained why I believed the fix was in for him to get off. I shared with her the fact lawyers always prep their witnesses, especially key witnesses. The lawyers explain and reiterate the witness needs be relaxed and calm, the lawyers prepare the witness for whatever they think the opposition will throw at them and the lawyer reassures their witness they will set the stage for their testimony. They often suggest how the witness should dress and appear in court. In some cases they even give them a make over, like the defense did for Zimmerman. In my view the prosecutors deliberately failed to do this in this case! After the first day of trial, I knew the fix was in.</p><p>The firestorm over the first witness Trayvon’s friend Rachel Jeantel, who was on the phone with Trayvon Martin when Zimmerman accosted him, is a case in point. In my view the prosecutors deliberately or otherwise failed to prepare her for court. They set her up to be discredited and dismissed as a witness. On the other hand, the negative reactions towards Ms Jeantel reveal our own hang ups, brainwashing and self-hatred. Black people vilified her for her speech, her appearance and because she could not read cursive writing. They were calling her “Precious” because she resembled the movie character by that name. So if the majority of Black people who were emotionally invested on the side of the Martin family were dogging Ms Jeantel, what do you think white folks thought and said about her?!</p><p>The corporate media showed her over and over. She was obviously nervous, she is an overweight deeply pigmented African-American female who had not been prepped or prepared for being on a nationally televised controversial case. The prosecutors failed her and their case miserably, which I think was deliberate! The court of public opinion was swayed against Martin early in the trial. This helped reinforce the already deeply held racist notions about black people the white media has cultivated since slavery days! Major psychological damage was done because the prosecutors failed to consider this reality, anticipate it and prepare Ms Jeantel psychologically and appearance wise. Meanwhile the defense cleaned and dressed Zimmerman and declined to call him as a witness in his own defense saving him from aggressive cross examining by the prosecution and being held up to media and public scrutiny.</p><p>Michael Coard is a successful criminal defense attorney in Philadelphia, a prominent community activist and radio talk show host. I’ve had recent occasion to work with him (I’ll talk more about this in later columns). Michael says manipulating the court of public opinion is just as important as what happens in the court room during the trial. While most black media backed the move to arrest and prosecute George Zimmerman, remember Zimmerman wasn’t arrested for the shooting at first, only after a national campaign by black media was he even arrested and charged. Meanwhile the white corporate media jumped to Zimmerman’s defense by demonizing Trayvon Martin and portraying Zimmerman as a hero despite the fact the Police Dispatcher told Zimmerman not to take any action, to wait for the police to arrive! Immediately after the shooting Zimmerman wasn’t arrested. It wasn’t until outside pressure was brought to bare he was taken into custody. It was at that time Zimmerman claimed self defense and showed bruises no one noticed or bothered to report/record at the time of the incident!</p><p>Right wing media did their part to make the murder of a black male by a white man palatable. It didn’t help that an intense war is currently raging over gun ownership/confiscation, second amendment rights and feelings are running deep on both sides. The gun lobby and gun supporters poured money into Zimmerman’s defense fund. At one time over $200,000 was reported raised. Zimmerman’s supporters claim they are leveling the playing field, they feel Zimmerman is being “railroaded”. This dichotomy of thought exemplifies the deep and increasing racial and cultural divide in this country.<br /> The fact of the matter is, this country doesn’t value black life. AmeriKKKa has a long and egregious history since colonial slavery times of abuse and murder of black males. Trayvon Martin was merely another example in a long line of such murders. He is being called a modern day Emmett Till. Like the KKK of old, George Zimmerman became the poster boy and the darling of “law and order”, “stand your ground” rational for murder of black people. The system was reluctant to even arrest and charge him appropriately. Zimmerman was supported emotionally and psychologically by the media, financially by the gun owners, racists and quiet as its kept most whites. Now that Zimmerman has been acquitted and there were no riots, AmeriKKKa can sleep easier, the status quo has been preserved once again.</p><p>-30-</p></div>

<div><p>Our assignment will move us from one battle to another. Adversity is inevitable our enemy observes all progress. God will mentor us in warfare. The scriptures says “He trains my hands for battle; he strengthens my arm to draw a bronze bow.” Psalm 18; 34 “Praise the Lord, who is my rock. He trains my hands for war and gives my fingers skill for battle.” Psalm 144:1.</p><p>A warrior only uses the weapons that never failed him. David rejects the weapons of other while fighting Goliath.</p><p>A warrior refuses to use the armor and weaponry of others who had failed before him. The tactics of the civil rights are old and out dated can’t use at all.</p><p>A warrior knows he has something his enemy fears. Our unity puts fear in the enemy, when we are organizing with the love of the Brotherhood and sisterhood.</p><p>A warrior knows the true source of his competence and confidence. The True God has brought us this far and he refuses to leave us now the spirit of our ancestors are following us, we have a Rendezvous with Destiny! </p><p>A warrior knows that the power of God is greater than the enemy’s weapon. In the scriptures it states “Thou comest to me with a sword and a spear and with a shield; but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of host the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou have defied” One learned believer can put to flight 10 men! Holy Qur’an & Samuel 17; 40</p><p>A warrior often uses, in his greatest battles, the skills developed in his daily routine. What we do daily to survive will come in handy</p><p>A warrior expects to be an instrument in the hands of God to destroy his enemy. David said “This day the Lord will give you into my hands. I will knock you down and cut off your head. This day I will give the dead bodies of the army of the Philistines to the birds of the sky and the wild animals of the earth. Then all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel.” 1Samuel 17:46 Allah said in the “It was not you who destroy them it was I who destroyed them by your hands” God will use us to destroy this wicked enemy! The world will know that the Black Man and Women in America are directly from the God and he walks with us!</p><p>A warrior expects his enemies to fall and he publicly predicts his victory. “This day the Lord will give you into my hands. I will knock you down and cut off your head.” 1Samuel 17; 46 “When those who hate me turn away, they fall and are lost from you. For you have stood by my right actions you sit on your throne, and are right in how you judge. You have spoken sharp words to the nations and have destroyed the sinful. You have thrown out their name forever and ever. Those who fight against you are finished forever. You have destroyed their cities. They will be remembered no more. But the Lord lives forever. He has set up His throne to say who is guilty or not. He will punish the world by what is right. He will be fair as He rules the people. Psalm 9;3-5,7 We must speak that hard core truth to power and to our people spare NONE! We were taught the Fall of America!</p><p>A Warrior stays on the offensive running toward his enemy. Then the Philistine rose up and came to meet David. And David rushed to the center of the valley to meet the Philistine. 1 Samuel 17;48 Brother Fred Hampton said ” When these mother fuckers go we go” We must never take a step backwards we continue to attack call out the wicked and these dump Negros none will be spared!</p><p>A warrior expects the spectators of the battle to observe and experience the power of God. When our people see us and hear us battle this enemy they will be in awe of the things they will hear us say and the things they see us do. It will empower them to do the same, remember you first heard the truth of Elijah Muhammad and Malcolm X and Minister Farrakhan people said he must be God talking about the enemy like that bring that raw truth.</p><p>A warrior keeps vibrant memories of the past victories. David said to Saul, “Your servant was taking care of his father’s sheep. When a lion or a bear came and took a lamb from the flock, I went after him and fought him and saved it from his mouth. When he came against me, I took hold of him by the hair of his head and hit him and killed him. Your servant has killed both the lion and the bear. And this Philistine who has not gone through our religious act will be like one of them, for he has made fun of the armies of the living God.” 1Samuel 17; 34-36 we don’t forget the victories tell them and let our people experience the victories through our stories it will empower them to do the same.</p><p>A warrior ignores the opinion of the obvious losers and failure around him. We can’t let the fears of cowards stop us from our righteous mission. We must challenge the forces of evil and we must learn from the failures of the past and not repeat the same thing. Cowards can never be an advisor to the warrior; it will lead to your death. “Patience has its limits take it too far and its cowardice” G. Jackson</p><p>A warrior pursues saviors and celebrates the rewards of every victory. The men of Israel said, “Have you seen the man who has come out? He has come out to stand against Israel. The king will make the man who kills him rich. And he will give him his daughter, and make his father’s family free from paying taxes in Israel.” Then David said to the men standing by him, “What will be done for the man who kills this Philistine, and takes away Israel’s shame? For who is this Philistine who has not gone through the religious act of the Jews? Who is he, that he should make fun of the armies of the living God?” And the people answered him in the same way, “This is what will be done for the man who kills him.”</p><p>A warrior keeps his promise to destroy his enemy’s. Then David ran and stood over the Philistine. He took his sword out of its holder and killed him, and cut off his head with it. When the Philistines saw that their strong soldier was dead, they ran away. We must destroy all the enemies of the Black Nation, we must never forget them and serve them with Justice, and they have earned it!</p><p>A warrior unashamedly displays the spoils of the past victories as trophies of thanksgiving. So when David returned from killing the Philistine, Abner brought him to Saul with the Philistine’s head in his hand. 1samuel 17:54 we will have earned our freedom and damn it, we shall be proud of it!</p><p>A warrior creates his own museum of memories to celebrate his victories. David took the Philistine’s head and brought it to Jerusalem. But he put his battle-clothes in his tent. We must show our victories so other may learn the price we have paid to. </p><p>A warrior knows that the defeat of his strongest adversary will cause his other enemies to flee. Then David ran and stood over the Philistine. He took his sword out of its holder and killed him, and cut off his head with it. When the Philistines saw that their strong soldier was dead, they ran away. There is only one man that can rule at any time when we take this bastard out then our other enemies will straighten up but there will be no safe haven for them we will find them and destroy them, to the Glory of our God and our ancestors!</p><p>A warrior knows that when he is Victorious, the discouraged around becomes encouraged and energized. The men of Israel and Judah rose up and called out and went after the Philistines as far as Gath and the gates of Ekron. The dead Philistines lay on the way from Shaaraim as far as Gath and Ekron. We get bolder by seeing boldness. We get stronger by seeing strength. I hear you talking strong then I can talk just as strong I see you living strong then I can live strong!</p><p>Somebody else needs to see you win! Preparation is the key to successful warfare<b>. Our assignment (to raise the mentality dead Black Man and Woman in America) will require the nature, skills and mentality of a Warrior! <div><p>If You Rebel Against Your Assignment (the Resurrection of the Mentally Dead Black Man and Woman), God May Permit Painful Experiences To Correct You!</p><p>Every Tragedy Can Be Traced To An Ignored Instruction By God!</p><p style="text-align:center;">God Will Not Be Ignored!</p><p>God can create painful experiences, unforgettable experiences. Jonah is a perfect example. He rebelled against God’s instructions to” arise, go to Nineveh, that great city and cry against it; for their wickedness is come up before me”, instead he rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the Lord and went down to Joppa; and found a ship going to Tarshish. After paying the fare, he went aboard and sailed for Tarshish to flee from the LORD. Then the LORD sent a great wind on the sea, and such a violent storm arose that the ship was about to break up. And they threw Jonah out of the boat and then Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights before he came to his senses and accepted his Assignment. Never misjudge God! Never think that he will ignore tiny acts of defiance. Discipline comes, reaction comes.</p><p>Look at the life of Joshua. When Achan rebelled and kept some of the spoils of war, they lost the first battle of Ai. In a single day, their reputation was stained, and Joshua’s men lost total confidence. Achan had ignored the command of God. Consequently, the entire nation suffered defeat until obedience became their priority again.</p><p>Look at Saul: Samuel said to Saul, “I am the one the LORD sent to anoint you king over his people Israel; so listen now to the message from the LORD. This is what the LORD Almighty says: ‘I will punish the Amalekites for what they did to Israel when they ambushed them as they came up from Egypt. Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy all that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys.’” Saul captured Agag alive. Saul let Agag live, but he killed all the men in Agag’s army. Saul and the Israelite soldiers felt bad about destroying everything. So they let Agag live. They also kept the fat cattle, the best sheep, and the lambs. They kept everything that was worth keeping. They didn’t want to destroy those things. They destroyed only what was not worth keeping. Then Samuel received this message from the LORD: “Saul has stopped following me, so I am sorry that I made him king. He is not doing what I tell him.” When Samuel came near to Saul, Saul greeted him and said, “The LORD bless you! I have obeyed the LORD’S commands.” But Samuel said, “Then what is that sound I hear? Why do I hear sheep and cattle?” Saul said, “The soldiers took them from the Amalekites. They saved the best sheep and cattle to burn as sacrifices to the LORD your God. But we destroyed everything else.” Samuel said to Saul, “Stop! Let me tell you what the LORD told me last night.” Saul answered, “Tell me what he said.” Samuel said, “In the past you didn’t think that you were important, but the LORD chose you to be the king. So you became the leader of the tribes of Israel. The LORD sent you on a special mission. He said, ‘Go and destroy all the Amalekites. They are evil people. Destroy them all! Fight them until they are completely finished.’ So why didn’t you listen to the LORD? You did what the LORD said is wrong because you wanted to keep what you took in battle.” Saul said, “But I did obey the LORD! I went where the LORD sent me. I destroyed all the Amalekites. I brought back only one—their king Agag. And the soldiers took the best sheep and cattle to sacrifice to the LORD your God at Gilgal.” But Samuel answered, “Which pleases the LORD more: burnt offerings and sacrifices or obeying his commands? It is better to obey the LORD than to offer sacrifices to him. It is better to listen to him than to offer the fat from rams. Refusing to obey is as bad as the sin of sorcery. Being stubborn and doing what you want is like the sin of worshiping idols. You refused to obey the LORD’S command, so he now he refuses to accept you as king.” Then Saul said to Samuel, “I have sinned. I did not obey the LORD’S commands, and I did not do what you told me. I was afraid of the people, and I did what they said. Now I beg you, forgive me for doing this sin. Come back with me, so I may worship the LORD.” But Samuel said to Saul, “I won’t go back with you. You rejected the LORD’S command, and now the LORD rejects you as king of Israel.” When Samuel turned to leave, Saul caught Samuel’s robe. The robe tore. Samuel said to Saul, “In this same way the LORD has torn the kingdom of Israel from you today.</p><p>When one person is out of the will of God, everyone around that person must pay the price for it. They learned that with Jonah in the ship and they threw him over board so they may live.<br />When we get the wrong people out of our lives, then the wrong things will stop happening. Remember the waves of yesterday’s disobedience will splash on the shores of today for a season. If we are walking in contradiction to God’s laws, expect painful experiences on the road ahead. Pain is corrective in Psalm 65 – 72 LORD; you did good things for me, your servant. You did what you promised to do. Give me the knowledge to make wise decisions. I trust your commands. Before I suffered, I did many wrong things. But now I carefully obey everything you say. You are good, and you do good things. Teach me your laws. People full of pride made up lies about me. But I keep obeying your instructions with all my heart. Those people are so stupid that they care for nothing, but I enjoy studying your teachings. Suffering was good for me; I learned your laws. Your teachings are worth more to me than a thousand pieces of silver and gold.</p><p>Pain will force you to look to the word of God for answers. Pain will force you to learn where you went astray. Pain will birth you into a new reality. The pain of the death of Brother Trayvon Martin is because we are instructed to Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues, for her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to her double. How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her: for she said in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow. Minister Louis Farrakhan</p><p>The masses of our people are on a Death March into the oven of social deterioration, broken homes, broken marriages, broken minds, broken spirit, evolving from a string of broken promises by government and leadership that has failed to help our people turn around the misery and wretchedness of our condition. The knowledge to correct the horror of our condition is among us.</p><p>The potential force and power to cause us to rise as a people is among us. The finance to fuel our rise is also among us. The challenge facing all of us is to rise above the things that have kept us divided in the past, by focusing us on the agenda of creating a better future for our people to see how all of us, with all of our varied differences, can come together and direct our energy, not at each other, but at the condition of the reality of the suffering of our people, that we might use all of our skills, gifts and talents to create a better world for ourselves, our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.</p><p>It is time for us to stop thinking and acting solely on behalf of our churches, mosques, temples, synagogues and organizations. It is time for us as leaders to come together and begin to think, plan, and act on behalf of the whole of our people. Each of us has gradually come to the conclusion that no one organization or leader can solve the many problems we face.</p><p>All of our leaders and organizations have done the best it could working on its agenda and programs – yet, our people are slipping further behind. I have come painfully to the conclusion that we need each other desperately. Allah (God) has given us gifts, skills and talents that must be gathered, harnessed, organized and structured in a way that will enable us to lift our people from where we are to where Allah (God) wants us to be. This is the challenge of the time. Within us is the will to do this, however, our will must be fed by the insatiable desire to see our people, free, justified and equal with the best in civilized society. Therefore, it is proper that we seize this moment in time, recapture the spirit of the million man, women, youth and family marches, and make the necessary sacrifice to save ourselves and our people. All of our leaders, teachers and guides who have paid the ultimate price have led us to this moment; all of our people who have died hoping for a better day have led us to this moment; all of those whose hope is lost, who are dying in the streets of America, the homeless, the sick and diseased, those imprisoned, our political prisoners, our veterans, our youth locked in a culture of death, the jobless, the destitute, the forlorn, the abandoned, have led us to this moment in time.</p><p style="text-align:center;">The future of our people depends upon our ability to mobilize.</p><p style="text-align:center;">VISION</p><p>There is no better time to mobilize and organize our people locally, and, put systems in place that will permit a successful programmatic thrust to bring to fruition what we envision for ourselves and our people.</p><p style="text-align:center;">MISSION</p><p> Toward this end, we must gather the best, brightest and most willing minds to mobilize and organize our people, and to develop short and long range plans and programs for: 1. Spiritual and moral development 2. Educational development 3. Economic development 4. Political development 6. Social development 7. Cultural development 8. Health development. To develop the systems necessary to bring these plans and program initiatives to fruition. We must develop strategic alliances to further our aims. We must never form an alliance from a position of weakness, but, rather from a position of strength. We must forge unity with the struggle of the African Union to develop Africa, with the Caribbean, Central and South America, with the Isles of the Pacific, and with our Native American Brothers and Sisters. To this end, Christians, Muslims, Hebrews, Jews, agnostics, nationalists, socialists, men, women and youth are coming together in agreement that the time is now for us to articulate our demands, and to accept our responsibility to change the condition and reality of our lives. Even though we petition the government, our covenant must first be with our Creator and with each other.</p><p>We were taught that our word must be our bond. When we break our word we destroy the life of the covenant or the agreement that we have made. It is absolutely necessary that as leaders we must build trust among ourselves. We can only build trust when we strive to keep our word, particularly a solemn agreement or covenant that we make with each other and with our people. Ever since our fathers set the soles of their feet in the western hemisphere, particularly since the ending of chattel slavery, many promises have been made to us as well as to others by the Government of the United States of America that have been broken because those who have given their word to us and the Native Americans had no intentions of fulfilling what they put on paper as a treaty or what they wrote as a law where we are concerned. Every gain that our leaders and their followers fought bled, and even died to give us, while we celebrated the success of the agreement or the law, the process began to erode and destroy the life of that agreement.</p><p>Therefore, it is wise and prudent that we make a covenant among ourselves as leaders and make a covenant or solemn agreement with our people that we sign, and, in signing declare in our hearts and publicly that our word shall be our bond. In so doing, we as leaders can create the spirit of unity in our people. Then, we need not make a demand. Our unity will command our presence at whatever table, in whatever forum we decide to be a part of and gain for us whatever we desire for our people.</p><p>Our presence here is to bury the attitude of those who founded America in their short-sighted vision. What will we leave our children if not a nation and land to build upon? We're not here to march. We're here to unite for the purpose to build a future. A new nation is coming in. We, as leaders must declare that we will never sell out the aspirations of our people for personal wealth, position and advancement in the society of our former slave masters and their children. We must make a covenant with our people to work and sacrifice and be willing to be the good shepherd (leaders) who will lay down our lives for our people. He asked me if I was at home because he was driving in a car on his way to talk to me. Quite naturally, my insides melted. I had absolutely no idea what this meant, nor why he wanted to speak to me of all people. I told him I was at home studying and that he could stop by. He told me to expect him in about 15 minutes. I was at home alone and wished at that moment my parents had mobile phones so that I could call them home to be present when the FBI showed up to question me.</p><p>I got up from my desk and tried to make myself look as presentable and friendly as possible. I even put a kettle of water on the stove so that I could offer him a cup of tea or coffee then got out a plate of biscuits and put it on the living room table.</p><p>The knock on my front door was not a minute too late or too soon. There were four agents gathered. All four walked into my house and up the stairs. I brought them into the living room where I sat them down like guests and offered them coffee. They all agreed. While I went into the kitchen, two of them began to walk around my house searching for something, up and down my walls, around corners, in the bathroom, behind the shower curtains. To this day, I’m not exactly sure what they were looking for or expected to find.</p><p>I brought coffee for four on a large tray and proceeded to ask around how much sugar each agent would like in their coffee. Once each had their coffee, the questioning began. First they took out a series of photos and asked me if I was able to identify a series of Arab and Muslim looking men. It was all quite bizarre. Why on earth would I know these people, and what on earth would connect me to them? So I asked questions back. “Who were these men?” and “Were these men suspecting of carrying further attacks against the United States?” 9/11 was a very fresh memory for us all.</p><p>Then came the question that still shocks me to this day: “Do you know Mohammad Atta?” I am pretty sure I screwed my face and gave the FBI agents my “lolwut?!” response.</p><p>I had a question of my own: why on earth did these FBI agents show up at my house? Weren’t they supposed to be finding the terrorists that had attacked us? To which I was told that the FBI had been receiving daily leads from various individuals and organisations. By that point, I was told that the leads database had reached in the 10s of thousands and that as protocol, agents were following up on each lead. So, it appears, someone had snitched on me. And for what? To this day, I have no idea.</p><p>What I do know is that as the events on 9/11 were happening, I sat in a university classroom when multiple students got up and began to hysterically address the class that Arabs and Muslims were an uncontrollable cancer on this earth and that they finally needed to be put in their place. One student stared me down as she ranted in a panicked state. Two days later, at work I was singled out when one of my colleagues asked me in front of 20-30 people what my background was. When I told him that I was born and raised in America, he was dismissive and told me not to be evasive. So I told him that my parents were Pakistani. To which his follow up question was “And they are Muslim in Pakistan, right?” to which I nodded my head, to which he sounded out an assured “Mmhmmm.” One month later, I was called into my supervisors office and blamed for an incident that I was not present at work the day of the incident in question. Nevertheless, I was subsequently fired anyway.</p><p>The 9/11 Muslim narratives like mine are not novel. If anything, these stories have gone on to make it into the mainstream consciousness in the United States. However, the reason it is extremely critical to recall these stories at this particular point in time into the American consciousness, is so that Occupy protesters, previously part of the American mainstream who have only recently joined the rank and file of the criminalised Americans, fully grasp the fact that millions of Americans not only distrust the police forces, but are frightened of them and for good reason – even mouthy activists like myself<a href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/44621976/ns/us_news-security/t/ny-police-eyed-us-citizens-secret-intelligence-effort/#.Tt6AdWMUqso">. One only has to look as far as the recently leaked “Moroccan Initiative”</a> to know that the police are no friends of minority communities.</p><p>For more than a decade, American Muslims have been well aware their communities have been infiltrated with FBI spies looking to entrap people. Multiple members of my family have encountered a mysterious never before seen loud mouthed persons at Muslim community centres, mosques, and events using unusually politicised and extreme language that, I can surely attest, one would not normally find at an average Muslim gathering.</p><p>Over the past decade, the very system that has been used to stir up fear and suspicion against Muslims, Muslims, on the other side of the coin, have had their fears and suspicions stirred up against that same system.</p><p>I don’t protest at Occupy because I know that my name has long existed on some intelligence database and I do not know what on earth it will be used for and how I will be targeted because of it – especially if I begin to show my face more regularly protesting at my local encampment.</p><p>Police target minorities in a disproportionately heavy handed manner than they do our white counterparts, be us all part of the 99% or not.</p><p>Just this past August, <a href="http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/new-york/muslims-police-scuffle-rye-playland-over-amusement-park-123309825.html">an Eid-ul-Fitr celebration at an amusement park in upstate New York ended when police beat up 3 and arrested 15</a> during a scuffle over whether or not a woman’s headscarf was a health and safety risk on an amusement park ride.</p><p><em>Kareem Meawad, 17, went to try to protect the woman and was beaten by cops and also arrested, she added. Her brother, Issam Meawad, 20, was pushed to the ground and taken into custody when he tried to help his cousin, she said.</em></p><p><em>“She just wanted to get on a ride. That was it,” Dena Meawad said of the initial confrontation. “It’s clear, this all happened because we’re Muslim.”</em></p><p>It is also pretty clear to me that the heavy handed nature of this incident was due to the fact that police forces are trained to view American Muslims as a potential security threat – sadly, even when they’re at an amusement park amusing themselves with hotdogs and popcorn.</p><p>This is precisely why <a href="http://www.thepoliticalnotebook.com/post/13111449788/the-following-is-a-guest-post-by-hannah-who-was">when Hannah, a headscarf wearing Muslim woman, attended the October OWS march in which 800 protesters were kettled and arrested on the Brooklyn Bridge</a>, she found herself in a distinctive position during the mass arrest:</p><p><em>Before the handcuffs were put on me a man came up to me, clamped his hand down on my shoulder, and led me away from everyone else. He was wearing a long black trench coat. This detail sounds comically villainous, but I specifically recall it because it worried me that he was not wearing a police uniform. The first thing he said to me was that he was “not a cop”. I knew immediately that these were not reassuring words to hear, and later my suspicions were confirmed when my lawyers told me that this likely meant he was an FBI agent. This man isolated me from my friends to interrogate me, threaten me, and attempt to intimidate me into answering his questions, which were all along the lines of, “Who are you and what are you doing on the Bridge?” His manner made it clear he assumed that I was on the Bridge for a reason other than participating in a peaceful protest. I told him several times that I was exercising my right to remain silent, and he became more aggressive. He finally shouted to the other cops, “This one’s a keeper!”</em></p><p><a href="http://www.salon.com/2011/12/01/congress_endorsing_military_detention_a_new_aumf/singleton/">Now with the passing of the National Defense Authorisation Act</a>, Muslim Americans are more afraid than ever. Just this past Friday, mosques all throughout the city of Boston made announcements at their Jumma prayer services about the passing of this bill that extends indefinite military detention to include US citizens. <a href="http://www.rense.com/general61/pipes.htm">American Muslims have been threatened to be thrown into concentration camps since the early days of the War on Terror</a> should there be another terrorist attack on US soil. It is no exaggeration to say that American Muslims currently feel like the US has just declared war on US soil in which they know they will be targeted first.</p><p>If Occupy protesters are wondering why they are not attracting enough minorities to their causes, this may help to explain things a little bit. Some of you may be reading this and might be tempted to call me chicken shit – and that’s fair. At least on the sidelines, while I warn people about the police, I feel a little bit like I am doing something rather than nothing at all.</p><p>In the meantime, one way to make an impact on American minority communities <a href="http://www.philipbrennan.net/2011/12/02/the-international-civil-rights-restart-has-been-convened/">is for movements to engage with minority concerns by taking them out of fringe politics and universalising their concerns as Philip Brennan did in his recent piece suggesting Occupy create a civil rights angle as one of its central components</a>.</p><p>As tempted as many white Occupy protesters are to proclaim “we are all one and the same!”, you cannot expect minorities, whose communities have been subjected to intimidation and abuse, to suddenly throw away the race card and jump on the bandwagon. These are critical times, and as such, it is important for Occupy to get it right. Dr. King said he wanted to live a long life like the next man but he wasn't concerned about that now he just wanted to do God's will and if that means his death so be it! Listen to his speech called the Knock at Midnight every body will get that knock dear brother and we must find Allah (GOD) for ourselves and know our life is for his glory! So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand Isaiah (41-10). I must say as a Muslim you have just made the police a god other than Allah we must never fear the enemy as you should fear Allah. That's the enemy's job to make you afraid they must make a punk out of you so they can rule you through fear! We must seek refuge with Allah from Satan. O you who believe, be maintainers of justice, bearers of witness for Allah, even though it<br />be against your own selves or (your) parents or near relatives — whether he be rich or poor, Allah has a better right over them both. So follow not (your) low desires, lest you deviate. And if you distort or turn away from (truth), surely Allah is ever Aware of what you do. We must say and do right because Allah is ever aware of what we do and he hates cowards!. Muslims are required to fight in the way of Allah, but we can fight only against those who waged war on us. Exactly the same limitation is placed on what was in all probability the first revelation permitting fighting: “Permission (to fight) is given to those on whom war is made because they are oppressed”. It is clear that us. Muslims are allowed to take up the sword only as a measure of self-defence. The enemies of Islam, being unable to suppress Islam by persecution, and seeing that Islam was now safe at Madinah and gaining strength, took up the sword to annihilate it. They knew that we Muslims were very few in number and they thought they could extirpate Islam, by resorting to the sword. Their war against Islam was a war for the annihilation of Islam, as stated further on: “They will not cease fighting you until they turn you back from your religion, if they can” (v. 217). No course was left for the Muslims but either to be swept off the face of the earth or take up the sword in defence against an enemy which was a thousand times stronger.</p><p>So Brother that is why Allah says in the Quran "And fight in the way of Allah against those who fight against you but be not aggressive. Surely Allah loves not the aggressors. And kill them wherever you find them,and drive them out from where they drove you out,and persecution is worse than slaughter. And fight not with them at the Sacred Mosque until they fight with you in it;so if they fight you (in it),slay them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers.</p><p>But if they desist, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. And fight them until there is no persecution, and religion is only for Allah.But if they desist, then there should be no hostility except against the oppressors. The sacred month for the sacred month, and retaliation (is allowed) in sacred things. Whoever then acts aggressively against you, inflict injury on him according to the injury he has inflicted on you and keep your duty to Allah, and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty. And spend in the way of Allah and cast not yourselves to perdition with your own hands and do good (to others). Surely Allah loves the doers of good.</p><p>So if your not going to be in the occupy movement then make that stand based on disagreement with the movement. And not because your afraid of the enemy Allah hates cowards! I shall close with this "Hast thou not seen those to whom it was said: Withhold your hands, and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate. But when fighting is prescribed for them, lo! a party of them fear men as they ought to fear Allah, or with a greater fear, and say: Our Lord, why hast Thou ordained fighting for us? Wouldst Thou not grant us respite to a near term? Say: The enjoyment of this world is short, and the Hereafter is better for him who keeps his duty. And you shall not be wronged a whit." And this means The injunction to fight was distasteful, and more particularly so to those who were weak in faith. Had there been any hope of plunder to animate the ranks of Muslims, those who loved this world most (who are here called the hypocrites) would have been foremost in fighting; but as they knew that they were fighting against odds, they considered the execution of this order as equivalent to courting death, and requested to be granted a respite until they died a natural death.</p><p>Don't punk out be a Muslim not just in Name but in deed! Because of his political background,<br />Oso Blanco has been subjected to horrendous treatment by the guards at the<br />U.S. Penitentiary Lewisburg.<br /><br />There will be a coordinated effort to call in, on behalf of Byron Shane<br />Chubbuck. The call-in will take place from 10 am to 12 pm est, on Monday,<br />November 21st. He has not been<br />told if and when he will get his personal property back. On November 1st,<br />Mr. Chubbuck had number of items taken from his cell during a<br />“shake-down,” in which a guard came into Byron's cell and went through all<br />of his belongings. In 2006, she was convicted for murder – as an adult – and sentenced to life in prison.</div><div>Today Cyntoia’s story is being told across the nation through the film <a href="http://www.itvs.org/films/me-facing-life"><strong><i>Me Facing Life: Cyntoia’s Story</i></strong></a>, a documentary for Independent Television Services (ITVS) by Daniel Birman. Lipscomb University’s <a href="https://sites.google.com/a/lipscomb.edu/humandocs/home"><strong>HumanDocs Film Series</strong></a> and ITVS Community Cinema are partnering to bring the film to audiences free of charge on <strong>Wednesday, Oct. 20</strong>, at <strong>8 p.m. </strong>in <strong>Shamblin Theatre</strong>, on the Lipscomb campus.</div><div>Six years after the murder, Brown is studying as a Lipscomb University undergraduate student – despite serving a life sentence in the prison at the Tennessee Prison for Women (TPFW) – as part of Lipscomb’s <a href="http://life.lipscomb.edu/"><strong>LIFE (Lipscomb Initiative For Education) program</strong></a>. Thirty students from campus spend one night a week studying side-by-side with the inmates for credit.</div><div>In addition to the screening of the film, Lipscomb will present a panel including the filmmaker; Brown’s adoptive mother Ellenette Brown (who is featured in the film); Randy Spivey, a local lawyer who has taught Brown in the Lipscomb program; and Preston Shipp, a former appellate prosecutor who worked on her case and who also happened to teach her through the LIFE program.</div><div>While Shipp was teaching Brown at TPFW, the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals that affirmed her conviction and sentence, leading to a life-changing decision for Shipp.</div><div>“I never thought I would befriend a defendant from one of my cases. In the judicial process class I taught at the prison, we studied various approaches to criminal justice: retributive, rehabilitative, and restorative. Between my friendship with Cyntoia and the curriculum I was teaching, I felt compelled to make a change in my career. It became impossible for me to be a cog in the wheel of a strictly punitive system,” said Shipp, who has left the Attorney General’s Office to work at the Board of Professional Responsibility.</div><p></p><table align="center" border="0" cellspacing="4"><tbody><tr><td><img src="http://news.lipscomb.edu/media.asp?SID=14&UKEY=34985" alt="media.asp?SID=14&UKEY=34985" /></td></tr></tbody></table><p></p><div><b><u>About <i>Me Facing Life: Cyntoia’s Story</i></u></b></div><div>In <i>Me Facing Life,</i> Birman’s camera first sights Brown the week of her arrest at age 16 and follows her for nearly six years. Along the way, nationally renowned juvenile forensic psychiatrist, Dr. William Bernet from Vanderbilt University, assesses her situation. Ellenette Brown, Cyntoia’s adoptive mother talks about the young girl’s early years. And Georgina Mitchell, Cyntoia’s biological mother, meets her for the first time since she gave her up for adoption 14 years earlier.</div><div>What mystified filmmaker Birman was just how common violence among youth is and just how rarely assumptions about it are questioned. <i>Me Facing Life</i> uncovers three generations of violence in Brown’s maternal line that play into her psychological complexity. <div><p>How far has the United States of America come from its violent, racist past? What evidence do we have today that minorities, especially black people, have a better chance of being treated equally by a society dominated by wealthy white elites? Why are there still so many deaths and disappearances due to the color of a person’s skin? Many people believe that the United States has moved on from slavery and Jim Crow segregation to an era where one is judged by the content of his/her character and not by the color of his/her skin. Today, we tend to view racial tensions or frictions as minor aftershocks to an earthquake which has long passed. According to research conducted by Professors Maria Krysan and Nakesha Faison, for the Institute of Government and Public affairs on racial attitudes in the US, “fewer whites… acknowledge that African Americans are adversely affected by past and persistent discrimination.” In other words, today, a number of whites tend to see racism as a personal problem that some people have and reject feeling personally responsible for what others do or how their ancestors acted; which, naturally, they do not agree with. According to the same article, many blacks tend to view the problem of race in America as very real and institutional which influences their daily movements and actions. In all this black-white discourse, Hispanics, Asians, homosexuals, women and the general poor of America tend to be forgotten and pushed to the background as a sideshow. But, the truth of the matter is that race is still something one can die for in this country and about three months ago, someone did.</p><p>On June 26th, 2011, seven white teenagers from Jackson, Mississippi, murdered a man simply because of the color of his skin. According to a CNN report their victim, a 49-year-old James Craig Anderson, was targeted because he was black. The same article also reports that these young teens were at a party when they decided they wanted to search for “a nigger to fuck with”. In two separate vehicles, they drove sixteen miles across Jackson to a predominately black, western area, where they found their victim, James Craig Anderson. The teenagers jumped out of their car and proceeded to beat Mr. Anderson, and, while beating him, they yelled out racially charged slogans, like “White power!” After some time had passed, a few of the teens left, and the teen that remained got into his car and ran over the beaten James Anderson, killing him instantly. After this murder, the elated teens met at a McDonalds and celebrated their victory. What the jubilant white teenagers did not know was that the beatings and murder were caught on a surveillance camera pointed at the parking lot. Currently, only one teenager, Deryl Dedmon Jr, is facing two life sentences in connection with the murder. The only other teenager to be charged in connection with the crime is John Aaron Rice, and he is facing a simple assault charge.</p><p>Is this the society that is so free and just? Can this possibly be the country whose Declaration of Independence states, “…We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness…”? Was James Craig Anderson given these rights? Was justice truly served when only one young man has been charged with murder when they ALL decided to go out and “fuck with a nigger”? There are many layers to this question, and one article will never do it any kind of justice, but I wish to share my own personal beliefs on who is responsible for this death. To begin with, every single one of the teens who left the party and participated in the beatings of James Craig Anderson must be charged. What they are charged for comes down to the particularities of the law, but they all must be charged with something. Secondly, society as a whole is responsible for the attitudes of these young men, and this is an important point because some might try to solely blame these misguided teens. Furthermore, others might say, because it happened in the “South,” this type of action is understandable, which, in effect, separates them from the emotions, feelings and intentions behind the crime. All these counts are false. The fact that it was okay for anybody to believe that it was fine to find a “nigger” and kill him and even celebrate it afterwards shows that we as a society and human race have a problem. This problem is not restricted to the “South” or the US, so arguments articulated in this manner need to be discarded, and we as human beings who care for one another, need to take responsibility for the crimes we commit against one another.</p><p>In conclusion, I confess that I have much anger in my heart due to this event. That could have been me out there being beaten up and killed. It was not, but it could have been…. And in order for me to keep hate out of my heart, I must use love as preached by Dr. King because, when you love someone, indeed you can still reprimand and punish them for their mistakes, but you will never hate them. I wish nothing but blessings on the young people who murdered James Anderson and hope that as time goes by they see the error of their ways and make a change in their lives. The real killers and enemies’ humanity faces are hate, ignorance, selfishness and uncontrolled anger. Once we convict those criminals, then, I believe, we as a society can build a truly better world that embodies some of the ideals expressed in the United States Declaration of Independence.</p></div>

<p>We have finally been given a date for our unprecedented challenge of the Judiciary's Jurisdiction to sit in judgment of anyone whilst being guilty of violating the rule of law and engaging in criminal acts such as false imprisonments, perverting the due course of justice, obstructing justice and much more. <strong>We will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London, 8th and 9th March 2011 at 10:30am</strong><br /> <br />The Judiciary will be presented with documented evidence which will preclude it from sitting in judgment because the rules of natural justice requires that <strong>"no man can be a judge in his own cause"</strong><br /><strong> </strong> <br /><strong>Furthermore, article 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998 guarantees the right to a Fair Independent Impartial hearing or tribunal and it must plainly follow that the Judiciary cannot be the judges of their criminal acts.</strong> It will require more corruption to prevent this case from succeeding and the implications are extremely far reaching for the entire criminal and civil justice system of the UK. <strong>No lawbreaker can be a law enforcer and this is guaranteed by article 7 of the Human Rights Act 1998, "no punishment without law"</strong><br /> <br />A deliberate silent media has aided and abetted this ongoing corruption for many years but finally, patience may have its victory, nonetheless, justice must be seen to be done so, you are invited to come along on the above dates to ensure that <strong>JUSTICE PREVAILS.</strong><br /> <br /><strong><span class="font-size-3"><a href="http://hotmail.com" target="_blank">Caul Grant</a></span></strong><br /><strong>Campaign for Truth & justice</strong></p>

In contrast to the other two letters of John, this work was addressed to a specific individual, Gaius. This letter is less theological in content and purpose. The author's goal was to secure hospitality and material support for his missionaries, and the Presbyter is writing to another member of the church who has welcomed missionaries in the past. The Presbyter commends Gaius for his hospitality and encourages his future help. He indicates he may come to challenge the policy of Diotrephes that is based on evil gossip. The problems of the Presbyter in this short letter provide us with valuable evidence of the flexible and personal nature of authority in the early church. The Presbyter writes to Gaius, whom perhaps he had converted or instructed, on the basis of their personal links. The brothers have also confirmed him as a loyal Christian in action and belief. Gaius accepted the missionaries from the Presbyter and presumably will accept Demetrius on the Presbyter's recommendation. In contrast, Diotrephes refuses to receive either letters or friends of the Presbyter. Although he is portrayed as ambitious and hostile, he perhaps exemplifies the cautious and sectarian nature of early Christianity; for its own protection the local community mistrusted missionaries as false teachers. Most interestingly, Diotrephes seems comfortable in ignoring the requests of the Presbyter. The Presbyter seems to acknowledge that only a personal confrontation with Diotrephes will remedy the situation (3 John 1:10). The division, however, may also rest on doctrinal disagreement in which Gaius and the other "friends" accept the teaching of the Presbyter, and Diotrephes does not; the missionaries are not received for suspicion of theological error. Diotrephes has thus been viewed by some as an overly ambitious local upstart trying to thwart the advance of orthodox Christianity, by others as an orthodox church official suspicious of the teachings of the Presbyter and those in the Johannine school who think as he does, or by still others as a local leader anxious to keep the debates in the Johannine community out of his own congregation. The papers also revealed that slaves were traded for opium in the Far East .Ari S. Merretazon, who serves as the northeast regional representative and national board member of N’COBRA, said he thought the meeting went well.During the meeting, Merretazon suggested a slew of probable methods of getting the stories of the slave to the public to include tracking the family histories of the slaves and instituting documentaries about the Cliveden House.“We wanted to come out of this meeting with an understanding of collaboration,” Merretazon said. “We want to do an educational project that neither organization can do alone. We are going to create something new of how to present the true findings of the family to the public.”Merretazon stated the meeting is just one of many to come.“We are looking forward to the memorandum of understanding which will be in the next 10 days,” he said.The reparations that N’COBRA seeks can come in the form of education, according to Merretazon.“We can do an aspect of repair by educating the public about what happened to us under to the Chew family,” Merretazon said. “We think that will be a new paradigm in communicating to the public.”Merretazon added he, as well as N’COBRA, felt there was a need to accent the complete tale of what occurred at the site located at 6401 Germantown Ave. due to the fact that it has not been well publicized over the years.“Today it’s been like a code of silence. People talk about slavery like it was just an incident, but it was really crimes against humanity,” Merretazon said. “Instead of highlighting the Chew family, we’re going to emphasize the lives of those Africans who were enslaved.”David W. Young, who serves as the Cliveden executive director, said N’COBRA and Cliveden could be a great match.“I was very encouraged. I’m very excited about the prospect of working with the individuals from N’COBRA in providing a prospective that’s needed,” Young said.Young went on to say that the meeting brought many feasible ideas to the table.“It can be incorporated in a lot of dynamic ways. The way I understand N’COBRA’s interest in reparations is making things right. One of the ways to make things right is to provide contacts and an understanding of the historical record. That’s something Cliveden can do in the building, the record of the stories, and how we present them to the public. That’s what a historic site ought to be doing,” Young said.Where the two groups go from here is unclear, but Young mentioned N’COBRA was qualified to help draw up the blueprints for the next phase.“Their prospective will be especially helpful because of the experience that they bring,” Young said.Because of the high number of papers that still have to be discerned,Young said Cliveden has much work yet ahead.“We go deeper into the document to tell more of the stories. D.C. - Tonight I attended what was billed as a “community” meeting in NE Washington regarding the police shooting of Trey Joyner, a 25-year old black man that was gunned down in the Trinidad neighborhood of the city on June 8th by six white Park Police and possibly FBI agents. They were claiming to have been in the hood in response to a report about a “man with a gun,” but they refuse to explain why would any one in the neighborhood dial the Park Police, the FBI, or their task force about “a man with a gun”? They are sort of backing off of that claim by now saying that the young man was a “person of interest,” basically because Troy had no gun. The police and the FBI claimed that they felt “threatened,” but have refused to explain why, not only was Troy unarmed, but he was clearly outnumbered and outgunned. Police do not deny that they did stop, question, and then released Troy. The police and others simply refuse to explain why the matter is not being treated as murder most foul. This case reminds me of an episode of the :Wire,” which was a big hit for HBO, were some gung-ho power drunk cops go into the projects and rough up a few people just to show the community who is boss. Only in that situation, the community immediately struck back, and the cops got their asses kicked. It is what happened after that is so striking to this real-life drama, the police started working on the lie, the cover-up and it worked.The city councilman for that ward, Harry Thomas, Jr. actually convened this purported community meeting and from the very outset the community was “graciously” admonished to just sit there and take the bullshit that was going to be poured on it and be happy. The event was held in a church, originally scheduled to be held in the 5th District police station, but the police were not comfortable with the idea and perhaps, wisely, for good or ill intent. There were about 200 or so community people in attendance along with the family of Troy Jordan, and there was much talk about the “community respecting the graciousness” of the family, most of which came from the various police and “officials” who had come apparently to help manage “this tragedy” as Salvatore Lauro, Chief of the six white park police who gunned down Troy referred to it. In addition to Lauro, there was Captain Greene of the 5th District, Joe Chaney of the FBI, Cham Phillips for the U.S. Attorneys of on Civil Rights, none whom even tried to answer any pertinent questions.The “meeting” opened with some grandiose, yet “gracious” speeches that were intended to set the tone for the community. It put me in mind of when back in the era of chattel-slavery the massa would get the house negroes, porch monkeys, lawn jockeys, and garden variety negroes to go out and round up all the field slaves and bring them up to the big house, so he can tell them something. And I am not talking the fact that this is exactly how those “public servants” and “officials” decided that this is the best way to “manage” the situation, but you had black folk in there applauding their every disrespect of us as a community and a people. One after another the massas came up and talked around the facts, they talked about “process,” which was essentially them telling us how they plan to bullshit the matter into oblivion, counting on us to lose resolve quick, by doing everything in their crafty power making sure that we never come to a resolve. And sure enough, as soon as some of who were not fooled began to ask the pertinent questions and in the manner that they needed to be asked, the white men stood back and let the knee-grows do the putting us in check.That nonsense did not work on me, I told them first of that this matter was not simply about that one family, as did a sister a little later who had her teen-age son with her, she said that Troy could have been her son or any other black person in the community. When asked exactly why the Park Police were patrolling in the community, the audience was told by no less than Eleanor Holmes Norton who arrived about half-way through the “meeting.” Of course with arrival of yet another knee-grow high up on the plantation, all of the porch monkeys, lawn jockeys, and garden variety knee-grows skinned and clamored with excitement, more reason the applaud. Norton told the audience that the Park Police have the power to “arrest” throughout this city, but that was in response to the persistent demand that they explain why were a gang of “plain clothes” Park Police purportedly “patrolling” in our community instead of some federal park. Of course, what Norton was implying is that the park police have the authority to patrol any where in the city, which they do not. But none of those knee-grows would question such a suggestion, it came straight out of the mouth of one of DCs oldest house knee-grows in charge. Now, I did not hold my peace on any of it and went on about my business of trying to talk with who could and hope to get to the point where we understand that we must organize separate, apart, and liberated from such plantation antics.I tell you, it was disgraceful, how for the sake of being “gracious,” our people sat there just sucked into the unending injustice and insult, and a number of them got warm with me and a couple of others who stood up and spoke truth to power with the righteous indignation the damn situation deserves. Not a one of those “officials” answered a single genuine question, they did not deny that Troy was shot as many as seven times, in the back, as he walked away after being confronted by the officers, nor would they admit to it. They initially mumbled something about “the officer involved,” it took my standing up and demanding he tell the assembly just how many officers were involved that they admitted that there were six officers involved, and then they made a point not to mention that all were white. I never got the chance to ask that question before the attack of the knee-grows, who gladly threw graciousness out the window to protect massa from us ungracious nigga’s. Graciousness is something reserved for southern balls and cotillions, not when there has been what appears to be yet another racist cop killing in DC and the standard subsequent cover-up and go away.When the massa would lie with some gibberish about how they “would collect all of the information,” they were very careful not to say “evidence” and when questioned or challenged on that gibberish, the knee-grows would scowl and yell “let him finish.” Even though speaker after speaker spun the same gibberish, the knee-grows not only wanted to hear more, but applauded every slap upside our heads. Again, I was not having it, with all due respect to Troy’s family, their pain is our pain, but this is bigger than their pain, bigger than this most recent killing, it about justice. No one mentioned the fact that the Metropolitan Police Department had shot and killed another man earlier in the day while he was at a funeral…we don’t even know his name because it was reported only in a “oh, by the way” manner by the police and press. Although there was a camera man in the room, I do not believe that he was from any station, he recorded the grand speeches and some of the questions then disappeared, and there seemed a to be a newspaper reporter there, but he did not talk to any of the field hands, he was head knee-grow hunting. When I found out about the meeting I called the local “community” radio station so that they could not only let the community know, but to let people who already knew but might be thinking that it was at the police station that it was moved to a church some eight blacks away. I don’t know why I did that, as if its so-called “news” department cared, they were to busy getting ready to give the AP report on the death of Michael Jackson.Councilman Thomas is holding another one of these “community” meetings on July 7th, the location to be announced. Between now and then it would be good if the community held a few meetings of their own, but unfortunately, that isn’t going to happen with many of the people who were in that room tonight, they are just too damn “gracious.” And the fact that it was held in a church did not help, if anything, it made it worse, “Lawd” you should have seen those knee-grows just a bowing and scraping, acting like they were in church meeting with JC and his disciples. No, I don’t seem doing anything but gladly being led down that primrose path to ultimately nothing being done like in every other police shooting that has occurred in this city, without exception every police shooting in DC ha been of a black person with the exception of the occasional shooting of a Latino, no white person has ever been shot by a DC cop. And finally, here is the kicker - the FBI is leading the investigation, even though the secretive FBI-Park Police Joint “Safe Streets” Task Force is behind the killing. Oh the knee-grows ate that up, they clapped so hard many of their hands began to swell. I kid you not.This matter concerns every black person and neighborhood in this city, if not the entire country, I did not know Troy Joyner nor any of his family members, but that does not matter, I have as much a right to answers as they do. Please do not tell me to leave yet another cop killing to “the process” and in the “hands of the Lord,” why do you think we are here? Both of those are tried and true no starters, doing them has never brought anything but the next killing. This is a perfect time to conduct a People’s Investigation by convening a People’s Grand Jury, especiall since we got massa so willing to meet with us. Now, what do yall say? Come on Black DC.</div>

<div>By MILTON McGRIFFEACH of the candidates for Philadelphia district attorney recently told Daily Newscolumnist Michael Smerconish that, if elected, they'd pursue the death penalty for Mumia Abu-Jamal in the event of a new sentencing hearing or new trial.One, Seth Williams, noted that he'd attended hearings and studied court documents and trial notes before making his decision.Three police reports and a page one Daily News story (Jan. 9, 1982) on preliminary- hearing testimony aren't in the original trial record. Amazingly, in both the reports and the story, police officers, one an inspector, claim to have heard a wounded but talkative Abu-Jamal make two separate admissions of guilt in the early morning hours of Dec. 9, 1981, when authorities say he fatally wounded police Officer Daniel Faulkner.The police reports are mentioned in a 1995 Post-Conviction Relief Act hearing. Abu-Jamal's lawyers brought their subject, Officer Gary Wakshul, to the stand and grilled him about the contents.But what the police reports say was incorrectly reported by the D.A.'s office in a "proposed finding of fact" prepared by Assistant D.A. Hugh Burns for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.Common Pleas Judge Albert Sabo, Abu-Jamal's trial judge, rubber-stamped the mistake in his own fact-finding report. In denying a new trial, the state Supreme Court corrected the technicalities without comment but left the impression that the officer central to the three reports was a credible witness.In a 1999 interview with the Philadelphia Tribune, Burns said that he and Sabo had made an "error." But they made no effort to put the truth on the record. A correction would make Wakshul an unbelievable witness.I conducted the 1999 interview with Burns, and have always believed that the distortion was used to bolster Wakshul's credibility and hide an extremely damaging statement he made in the third police report. Joseph McGill, the original prosecutor, kept Wakshul from testifying at the trial.Sabo denied the defense request to have him testify.Let me explain. Wakshul, a four-year veteran, spoke with investigators at least three times. On Dec. 9, 1981, when Faulkner was killed, Wakshul guarded a seriously wounded Abu-Jamal at the crime scene and the hospital until they took him to surgery. He told investigators "the Negro male made no comments."In a Dec. 16 interview, Wakshul recalled details about what Abu-Jamal wore and was asked if there was anything he wanted to add. Nothing, he said.Then, 64 days after the shooting, on Feb. 11, 1982, when police were investigating Abu-Jamal's charges of police brutality, Wakshul suddenly recalled that Abu-Jamal had shouted, "Yeah, I shot the m-----f----- and I hope he dies!" These exact words had surfaced for the first time, just two days before Wakshul "remembered" them, in a security guard's report to police.Asked why he'd said nothing before, Wakshul amazingly said, "At the time, the statement disgusted me, and I didn't realize it [had] any importance until today."Flash forward to the 1995 post-conviction hearing, which was an attempt to get Abu-Jamal a new trial.Wakshul, interrogated repeatedly by Abu-Jamal's lawyers, said the emotional trauma he suffered because of Faulkner's death kept him from remembering the purported Abu-Jamal confession. (Garry Bell, Faulkner's partner, testifying at Abu-Jamal's trial 13 years earlier, had invoked emotional trauma for waiting 78 days before telling authorities he had heard the same confession.)When preparing their "proposed finding of fact" for the high court, Burns took Wakshul's 1995 testimony and said he'd given the trauma explanation 13 years earlier (instead of his original "lack of importance" reason) for not reporting Abu-Jamal's "confession. " Sabo used Burns' language and deemed Wakshul a credible witness.The state Supreme Court tweaked the paragraph to truthfully note that Wakshul had given three statements (not two) and first made the emotional trauma comment at the 1995 hearing. But no mention was made of his "I didn't realize it had any importance" excuse.Likewise, no trial documents mention Inspector Al Giordano's preliminary hearing testimony that he heard a separate admission of guilt. The Daily Newsblared it on page one on Jan. 9, 1982: "Cop: Jamal Admitted Killing Faulkner."Giordano said he asked Abu-Jamal why the shoulder holster he wore that night was empty. Abu-Jamal allegedly told the inspector he'd dropped the gun after shooting Faulkner while lying wounded in the police wagon.Why, you might ask, wasn't a police inspector called to testify at Abu-Jamal's trial? Well, Giordano's credibility became a problem after it became known that he was the target of a federal probe of a $120,000 scam. He resigned shortly after Abu-Jamal was convicted, and admitted taking $57,000 in bribes.The candidates can say none of this proves Abu-Jamal's innocence. But it does show authorities were more interested in winning and then denying Abu-Jamal a new trial than they were in providing truthful information.The "error" covered up information damaging to the state's case, and no one has ever moved to correct the official record.Other damaging information like this exists and permeates the case against Abu-Jamal. If he is indisputably guilty, a new trial will do nothing to change that. Hiding the official testimony of officers suggests that other information may be hidden, too. This raises questions about the motives of the D.A.'s office, motives that I hope a new D.A. will examine instead of reflexively calling for the death penalty at the behest of the Fraternal Order of Police. *Milton McGriff is a local journalist who reported on this case for the Philadelphia Tribune from 1998-2000. Its landmarks are an abiding legacy of cruelty. Before the 18th century, very few White men and women questioned the morality of slavery as it was public policy. The Quakers were among these few. However, it was the Black resistance and rebellions that destroyed chattel slavery. Abolitionists facilitated and resourced the movement.By 1775, the Quakers founded the first American anti-slavery group. Through the 1700s, Quakers led a strong-held prohibition against slavery. The Quakers’ fight inspired growing numbers of abolitionists, and by the 1830’s abolitionism was in full force and became a major engine for justice in the United States.The National Coalition of Blacks for Reparations in America (N‘COBRA) is the leading corrective justice coalition supported by human rights and religious organizations, legislators, students, and professionals. N’COBRA was founded in 1988. N’COBRA praises the work of the long line of corrective justice activists for continually seeking accountability and justice from those who codified, participated in, and profited from the enslavement of Black people.The case for supporting a current day initiative to finish the work of abolitionists under the banner of corrective economic justice and reparations is, in brief, that European and American societies systemized the ‘peculiar’ institution of human enslavement, i.e., chattel property, which has no rival or historical precedent. Under the banner of truth and righteousness, these societies are obligated as matter of corrective justice, to help repair the damage done to the ancestors of the holocaust of enslavement.The Quaker community of today should engage N’COBRA in discussion on their inherited legacy of abolition and what role this community is willing to play in respect to the current day reparations movement for corrective economic justice. The engagement N’COBRA seeks is an effort to move the demand for corrective economic justice further to the center of society for open moral discussion about reparations for Blacks in the public domain.The disingenuous apology of “profound regret” is only symbolism and can not take place of repairing the damage wrought by African enslavement. Quakers and other religious organizations are expected to engage the reparations movement, at minimum, with resources which will increase the capacity of the reparations movement as they did the abolition movement. History and the continuum of America’s religious foundation calls for this because the repair of injured people is the basic principle of the great commandment which ends with “love thy brother as thy self.” Upon this all else rests.</p></div>

From what I have read of Dr. Rashidi's travels, there are few places he has not been!And throughout his travels, there are few places Dr. Rashidi as not found a "<b>Global Black Presence."</b>Dr. Rashidi notes an incident while in Myanmar a young girl visiting a museum with her class became"terrified" at the sight of him! Dr. Rasidi states that he was caught off guard by this reaction. My viewhaving been taught by Messenger Muhammad is that this young Myanmar girls was exhibiting evidenceof her people's collective-historical memory! My husband who has a much lighter complextion thanDr. Rashidi -- evokes a similar reaction from "Asians" in America (Korean, Chinese, Tiawanese, Vietnamese,Cambodians, etc).Messenger Muhammad teaches us that, as a fact of our history, 16,000 years ago we exiled so-called"Indians" to the Western Hemispher from from what is now known as "South-east Asia" (specifically:India) by way of the Bering Straits, they are Original people and have a genetic memory, as does theBlack Nation.
