It is not uncommon to hear these negative sentiments about their own race now echoed by many African Americans themselves—they that consider themselves as being exceptions to this norm. This perception often engenders profound feelings of immense humiliation, racial self contempt, and disunity among many African Americans in the 21st-century. But are these self contemptuous views among so many African Americans correct?

And if so how have African Americans, the racial group that demonstrated an unprecedented degree of Black racial pride and unity during the 1960's civil rights movement now become living contradictions of their former selves? The common response, when presented with this daunting question is to take the position that the core problem lies with something to do with Black people themselves. Although tragically many Blacks themselves have also come to accept this viewpoint, the emerging evidence does not support this premise. Such assertions are racist and totally not consistent with the history of African Americans.

While perhaps difficult to believe today, Black unity (Umoja) was historically, the cornerstone of the African American community and a crucial factor in their survival for more than four-hundred years of White racial oppression. Black unity was the most significant factor in the success of the 1960's civil right movement. The remarkable degree of unity among African Americans then was made evident by the brilliant organization and mobilizations of mass bus boycotts, marches, freedom riders, and sit ins that were peacefully conducted through the unified protest of civil disobedience. The degree of unity and organization demonstrated among African Americans then was extraordinary and arguably remains unrivaled by any other group in the history of America. So what then is the reason for the unprecedented racial self contempt and disunity among many African Americans today?

The present unprecedented feelings of racial self contempt among so many African Americans are neither a baffling phenomenon, nor the result of some innate racial deficiency. It is instead the result of a deliberate governmentally deployed mass manipulating social engineering program. White America’s methods of institutionalized racism has been secretly modified into a more sophisticated and stealthy design. Today to control and produce conformity among the masses, the U.S. government commonly disseminates propaganda domestically among its own citizens. To domestically defend its position of white dominance that was lessened by civil rights gains made by the civil rights strategies and efforts of African Americans, the U.S. Government secretly deployed these same mass propaganda programs against its entire Black population. Through the usage of psychological manipulation programs Black people in the United States are seeing themselves through lenses that have been secretly and deliberately assigned to them by white mass manipulation experts. This psychological manipulation program uses negative propaganda to adversely manipulate and shape the minds and collective perceptions of America’s Black population. Through totally white controlled outlets it conditions African Americans to admire whites and despise themselves by subjecting them to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves.

The mass media is the most powerful tool used by the ruling class to manipulate the masses. It shapes and molds opinions and attitudes of its recipients. Most African Americans that frustratingly and shamefully complain about the national disparities among their group are, for the most part, responding to negative statistics and depictions given about their race totally comprised by white controlled sources and media outlets. African Americans own negative personal interactions among their group merely then act as a confirmation of what is being implied through these white sources.

Because the previous blatant methods used in the past for ensuring that white dominance be maintained in the U.S. had become morally and socially unacceptable, the U.S. government secretly implemented this more sophisticated and stealthy system. For several decades covert agencies within the U.S. Government have secretly disseminated false deplorably racially devaluing statistics and propaganda about its Black population. It uses the psychology of deceit to adversely affect African Americans in terms of their perceptions and behavior. Its constant deplorable depiction of African Americans is a very carefully and deliberately designed massive media manipulation program that subjects African Americans to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves. Its fraudulent information is designed to adversely manipulate and shape the minds and collective consciousness of its African American population. The motto of this method of psychological manipulation is to divide and conquer and it works by affecting the unconscious mind through deception. It is designed to corrupt African Americans’ sense of racial unity and cohesion, mold the character of self-hatred, engender self-doubt, self-loathing, and distrust among their group while insinuating that Blacks admire, respect, and trust only Whites. Thus fostering a massive setting for where of which African Americans are more easily divided, exploited and ultimately suppressed. This present system uses the national media's proven ability to mass manipulate the perceptions of the public by the usage of propaganda. This process merges the often harsh individual realities of many black people with what is misleadingly deplorably depicted of them, therefore solidifying the thoughts within their psyche that it is they that are now their own worst enemies. Its unrelenting daily assault on the Black psyche also drills the message that Blacks are powerless, of lesser moral, and intelligence and that they need whites to govern over their lives. It totally detaches African Americans from their sense of power and reality.

When most people hear the term of psychological manipulation they usually think in terms of the classic "conspiracy theory" that refers to overt mind control such as mind altering drugs with carefully hypnotic programming. However, the real and true danger is this well proven method of affecting the unconscious mind by using deception, and psychological manipulation. It is neither magical nor mystical, but a process that uses the psychology of deceit to adversely affect targeted groups in terms of their perceptions and behavior. This massive manipulation program is being done to African Americans through an immense campaign of false derogatory media reports and statistics. These fraudulent data are created by U.S. governmental agencies and then leaked to its collaborators in the news media, which either knowingly or unknowingly carry the stories as their own. These false information about African Americans are then disseminated unrelentingly everywhere; it is deliberately perpetuated through news releases in magazine articles, radio, television, press releases, documentaries, and false census reports. However, the weapon is not in how the message is carried, but is instead within the messages that it carries and how these messages perpetuate and frame the myth of Whites’ racial, moral, and ethical superiority over its Black population. The ultimate goal of this psychosocial treatment of African Americans is to destroy the Black unity and cohesion that was a crucial factor of the survival of African Americans through more than four hundred years of white racial oppression. Logic dictates that given that unity and cohesion among African Americans was responsible for the demise of White America’s past blatant system of institutionalized racism, then destroying this unity would be an essential objective of this psychological manipulation program. This modern method of deploying white racism is far more sophisticated and stealthier than those blatant methods used in the past. Moreover, it is directly attributed to the intensification of internalized self hatred, and profound disunity presently among many African Americans. All African Americans have experienced the burden of this applied psychological conditioning, some more severely than others have. To the detriment of many African Americans it has been extremely effective. It has successfully conditioned many African Americans to not only accept the white dominance over their lives but to also prefer it. It also engenders an aberration of internalized self contempt among many African Americans that pulverizes Black unity and halts Black upward mobility. This psychosocial program is in fact so fundamentally detrimental to the Black human condition and psyche that it may even affect the extent to which many African Americans realize their full human potential. No group can be preconditioned to see only the worst in themselves and not exhibit some degree of negative psychological impact.

This massive psychosocial program is at the root of both the profound division and self hatred now afflicting so many Black Americans and is at the heart of internalized feelings of superiority that many whites possess. And while many African Americans have successfully navigated through this psychologically mortifying mine field and have gone on to lead successful, productive lives, for far too many this immense devaluation can seem inescapable and tragically, over time, many begin to subconsciously accept the negative portrayals of themselves.

IT IS ALSO GARNERS SOCIAL CONSENT FOR THE MISTREATMENT OF AFRICAN AMERICANS

Not only does this psycho-social program negatively impacts Blacks self perceptions, but it also conveniently provides a more socially acceptable means of ensuring that the masses of African Americans remains the most racially devalued and most economically exploited group in America. Its deplorable depictions of African Americans are also used to engender national consent that justifies their mistreatment. Its deplorable depictions of Africans Americans are also designed to create a shift of victimization in behalf of whites while lessoning pressures for social changes in behalf of Blacks. Thus creating a consensual national setting that facilitates the easier exploitation and suppression of African Americans. This is in fact a common practice used throughout modern western history. When groups in power want to suppress or to exploit its minority group they do so by portraying that group as a fearsome enemy or a major problem of the society through lies and manufactured news items. This same type of propaganda technique was also used by Adolph Hitler to facilitate a national consensual setting that allowed his heinous mistreatment of the Jews. Hitler's propaganda chief, Joseph Goebbels portrayed them as a fearsome enemy of German society through lies and manufactured news items. These negative imageries were used to justify their annihilation. This tradition continues today in the case of African Americans. The U.S. media’s constant deplorable depictions of Black Americans is deliberately designed to produce prejudice distorted and acrimonious beliefs about African Americans that makes the others insensitive to their plight, tranquilizes efforts on their behalf, and makes any serious criticism of White racism in the U.S. almost impossible today. This also creates false justifications for the legal system’s mistreatment of African Americans wherein they are disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and are more likely than other racial groups to be treated brutally, beaten, and fired upon by police officers while they are unarmed. These injustices now goes ignored because the perception has subconsciously become that it’s more often justified. When contempt of Blacks is made to appear to be justifiable, it is the fiercest and most effective type of racism because its witnesses, bystanders, and even world audiences will sit by idly allowing African Americans to be brutally mistreated under the belief that it is justified. This is what America’s renowned propaganda expert Dr. Edward Bernays referred to as “socially engineered consent”.
The effects of this social program are also manifested in ideas, education, governmental policies, economic stratification, social segregation, housing markets, hiring and promotion practices, psychological issues, and minority access to a variety of social services and opportunity. It also affects attitudes that when enacted through governmental policies, laws, and other legislation actions, serve to ensure that African Americans will not advance. Some studies have shown that this social program has engendered increasingly acrimonious beliefs and prejudiced perceptions about and against African Americans that are arguably now stronger today than they were after emancipation. It was this psychological conditioning program that ended the Black revolutionary movement of the nineteen sixties and that stripped African Americans of the national and global support that was acquired during that era’s civil rights struggles. This practice was refined by US intelligence services as they tried to manipulate foreign populations, but it eventually made its way into domestic US politics as a tool to manipulate public opinion. Beginning in the 1950s, more than 800 news and public information organizations and individuals carried out assignments to manage the public's perception of the CIA, according to the New York Times. The US military has demonstrated using perception management multiple times in modern warfare. It has continued to pursue actively a course of perception management about the Iraq War. Clearly, the method of psychological warfare provides the United States Governmental elites with a method for meeting this need but doing so with the added benefit of not appearing racist. It was perfectly suited for the changing times. Unlike the extremely cruel and public racism used in the past, which Blacks were able to easily identify and thus unify to form counter strategies against, racism through psychological warfare is much harder to detect. Armed with this method, the U.S. government could maintain dominance and control with less social fallout because racism is not as easily recognized.

.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Perception management is a term originated by the US military. It initially used these advancements to develop psychological warfare programs used to manipulate foreign populations, but it was eventually decided that this same method of psychological warfare could be used domestically as a tool to manipulate public opinion.
Today to control and produce uniformity among the masses, the U.S. government disseminates propaganda domestically among its own citizens. The main sources that it uses to spread its propaganda are the Press, the Cinema, Education and the Radio. These four sources abilities to manipulate and control the masses are over-whelming. The great majority of people derive their ideas and perceptions, from these sources. Most of the things that we believe we do so because we have heard them affirm through these sources; We do not remember how or why they were affirmed, and are therefore unable to be critical even when the affirmation was not backed by any evidence whatsoever. This situation gives those who control the media, the inherent ability to define, manipulate and control targeted groups as they see fit. This psychosocial program uses propaganda to adversely manipulate and shapes the minds and collective perceptions of America’s Black population by subjecting them to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves.
The U.S. Government has an extensive history of conducting planned campaigns of extensive strategic psychological operations through the national media to domestically direct the perceptions and climate of the nation towards its governmental objectives. Information given through the media can greatly influence every facet of our lives. When these propaganda programs are directed at particular targeted groups they can be effectively used as psychological manipulation tools. Through the noted media sources propaganda may be used to adversely manipulate and shapes the minds and collective perceptions of targeted groups. By inundating targeted groups with deliberately misinformation about themselves these programs can produces, within the targeted group, the sort of character and beliefs that the controllers of the program wants them to believe. Upon their so formed personalities, docility will be imposed on the targeted group. Strategies against their oppressors will be discouraged in these groups of people, and insubordination will be psychologically purged out of them. This system can even make any serious criticism of the powers that be psychologically impossible. Even if all within the targeted groups are miserable, all will believe themselves at fault for their miseries, because these systems will be used to tell them that they are so.
To domestically defend its position of white dominance that was lessened by civil rights gains made by the unprecedented civil rights strategies of African Americans, the U.S. Government secretly employed this well proven mass manipulation programs against its entire Black population.
Although the U.S. Government publicly professes equality for all of its citizens, it secretly holds an unyielding commitment towards the preservation of its White dominance and control. Given that the nineteen sixties were a period of massive black rebellion that increasingly challenged its position of white dominance, this quite logically necessitated that the U.S. Government employ this same proven method of mass manipulation programs to domestically defend its position of white dominance against its Black population.
The present despairing state of Black America, as depicted through out America’s national media outlets, is neither a baffling phenomenon, nor the result of some innate racial deficiency among Blacks, but rather instead the result of a governmentally deplored mass manipulation program.
The United States media’s distorted portrayal of Black America that amplifies the negative to the point that it distorts reality is more than just biased media reports. They function as media manipulation/ psychosocial programs. Its unrelenting daily assault on the Black psyche is deliberately designed to adversely manipulate and shape the minds, and collective perceptions of African Americans.
From their established positions of power, prominent white governmental elites monopolizes all given information deliberately disseminating only those that implies their white superiority over its Black population. Its constant deplorable depiction of African Americans is being done to perpetuate and frames the myth of Whites’ racial, moral, intellectual and ethical superiority. This psychosocial program subjects African Americans to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves-- while implying that they admire, respect, and trust only Whites. It is designed to break down African Americans’ sense of racial unity and allegiance, mold the character of self-hatred, self-doubt, self-loath, and distrust among their group. This program conditions Black people to accept white dominance over their lives by misleading them to believe that they are now themselves their own worst enemies. Through totally white controlled media outlets African Americans are seeing themselves through lenses that have been deliberately assigned to them by white mass media manipulation experts. It is a covert and sophisticated method of control that ensures the continuance of America’s White racial hierarchy by manipulating and shaping the minds and collective perceptions of its Black population. This insidious, yet very sophisticated mass manipulation program works by using the science of psychology. It prevails by affecting the unconscious mind through deception. Its weapon is the message that it carries and the way that it adversely affects the targeted recipient group in terms of their behavior. To the detriment of many African Americans this applied psychological conditioning program has been extremely effective. It has engendered within the psyche of many African Americans profound feelings of internalized self contempt that pulverizes Black unity and halts Black upward mobility. It also totally detaches African Americans’ from their sense of power and reality.
And while many African Americans have successfully navigated through this psychologically mortifying mine field and have gone on to lead successful, productive lives, for far too many this immense devaluation can seem inescapable and tragically, over time, many begin to accept subconsciously and painfully the negative portrayals of themselves. Many also become discouraged by the acceptance that their society is also preconditioned to see the worst in them and that, therefore, if they were ever to gain acceptance, if it is to be won at all, that success would be hard won. This in turn manifests negative internalized psychological pain and distress within many African Americans that can take many forms. In fact, this mortifying psychosocial program is so fundamentally detrimental to the Black human condition and psyche that it may even affect the extent to which many African Americans realize their full human potential.
All African Americans have experienced the burden of this system of applied psychological conditioning, some more severely than others have. This mass manipulation program is at the root of both the profound division and self hatred now afflicting so many Black Americans and is at the heart of internalized feelings of superiority that many whites possess.

WHEN AND HOW THIS BLACK MATRIX WAS IMPLEMENTED

It is surmised that this massive manipulation program was implemented in 1968, in the face of widespread violence that ensued after the death of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King’s brutal assassination amplified Black angry demonstrations and riots within the United States. Such incidents were reported in more than 100 cities across the nation immediately following the assassination. America’s racially motivated brutality toward African Americans appeared to have reached its boiling point, creating much unrest and discord; and it increasingly challenged the stability of America’s white statuesque. These factors led U.S. Government agents to quickly reform their techniques of institutionalized racism.
The noted problems resulted in President Lyndon B Johnson ordering the formation of the Kerner Commission. Its mission was to investigate and prescribe a cure or recommendations for the problem. The Commission concluded that blatant White racism was the single aggravating factor for the collective problems. The Kerner report’s findings required that the U.S. Government abandon its open, blatant forms of racist systems used to defend its position of White dominance. This abandonment of outdated tactics necessitated an implementation of an improved method for ensuring the continuance of white dominance and control. Clearly its proven method of mass media psychological manipulation through media propaganda meets this need.

This new covert method of maintaining white dominance was a logical progressive choice because it provides America’s white elites with a more socially acceptable means of ensuring the continuance of its White racial hierarchy. Unlike the blatantly brutal forms of racism used in the past, which Blacks were able to identify easily and therefore unify and form counter strategies, this modern system is more covertly deplored.
Not only does this psychosocial program manipulates the self perceptions of African Americans, it also creates a national climate that is insensitive to their plight —thus fostering a consensual national setting of where in which Blacks are more easily mistreated and suppressed.

This psychosocial program meets this additional objective by changing the root problem of racism in America to be due to Black’s behavior rather than White’s proclivity for racism. This deliberately done to create a shift of victimization—in favor of whites-- that makes the nation and the entire world insensitive to the plight of African Americans, tranquilizes efforts on their behalf, lessens pressure for social change on their behalf and makes any serious criticism of White racism almost impossible today.
This program also produces false justifications for the legal system’s mistreatment of African Americans. Wherein they are disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and are more likely than other racial groups to be treated brutally, beaten, and fired upon by police officers while they are unarmed. These injustices now goes ignored because the perception has become that it’s all now justified.
When contempt of Blacks is made to appear to be justifiable, it is the most fiercest and effective type of racism because its witnesses, bystanders, and even world audiences will sit by idly allowing African Americans to be brutally mistreated disproportionately incarcerated under the belief that it is justified.] It also affects attitudes that when enacted through governmental policies, laws, and other legislation actions, serve to ensure that African Americans will not advance. Its effects are manifested in ideas, education, governmental policies, economic stratification, social segregation, housing markets, hiring and promotion practices, psychological issues, and minority access to a variety of social services and opportunity.
The objective of the United States government has always been to maintain its White dominance over its Black population, and clearly, this mass media psychological manipulation campaign meets this need—because it covertly manipulates the self perceptions of African Americans and creates a national climate that allows the government to consensually suppress the advancement of its African American population-thus maintaining its White racial dominance and control. This modern racist system provides the U.S. government with a more socially acceptable means of continuing its White racial dominance and control. Unlike the blatantly overt system of racism used in the past that resulted in African Americans unifying themselves against it, this modern stealthy designed system is covertly deplored therefore it is not as easily recognized or detected by many of its Black victims. Even the very brightest of African Americans may have little, if any hope of extricating themselves from the detrimental effects of this psychosocial program. It is so subtle, pervasive, well-organized, complete, and proficient that most African Americans remain unaware and totally taken in by this method of emitting white racism. This psychosocial program is directly intertwined with the extensive challenges negatively impacting Black America today. It is at the root of both the profound feelings of self hatred now afflicting so many Black Americans and is also responsible for the false sense of superiority that many whites now possess. It was this psychosocial program that made the white race the litmus test and standard for all humanity despite their brutally racist and inhumane history to the contrary.

A Consensual national setting for Black annihilation

This psychosocial program not only negatively impacts Blacks self perceptions, it also socially engineers a consensual national setting for the mistreatment of its Black population. It does so by creating a shift of victimization that changes the root problem of racism in America to be due to Black’s behavior rather than White’s proclivity for racism. Therefore engendering increasingly prejudiced distorted perceptions and acrimonious beliefs about African Americans that are designed to makes the nation and the entire world insensitive to their plight--, tranquilizes efforts on their behalf, lessens pressure for social change on their behalf, and makes any serious criticism of White racism almost impossible today. It also affects attitudes that when enacted through governmental policies, laws, and other legislation actions, serve to ensure that African Americans will not advance. Unfortunately to the detriment of many African Americans this modern racist system has been very proficient. Some studies have shown that this social program has engendered increasingly acrimonious beliefs and prejudiced perceptions about and against African Americans that are arguably stronger today than they were after emancipation.

Although all minority groups are being targeted by this psychosocial program, however African Americans are most particular targeted. While all ethnic groups possess the ability to bring about real change within the United States, only African Americans have produced such change. During the 1960’s African Americans confronted white racism on every front through militant means, non violent civil disobedience strategies, and legal arguments within America’s highest courts. These strategies resulted in the enactment of many civil right laws that improved the lives of all minorities. African Americans unified strategies against white racism remains unraveled by any other ethnic group. These facts subsequently mean that African Americans represent the greatest threat against the U.S. government’s unyielding commitment towards the preservation of its White dominance. This quite logically necessitated that -to domestically defend its position of White dominance-- a system be secretly implemented particularly targeting the entire African American population. A system that will ensure that African Americans remain the largest, most racially devalued, most exploited and suppressed group in America-- even throughout and beyond the presidency of its first Black president.

The usage of information is rarely considered when discussing method of emitting white racism; however this progression was a logical choice because it conveniently provides a more socially acceptable and covert means of maintaining white dominance. It is by far the most detrimentally proficient racist system ever to confront Black people.

This is not a feeble attempt at blaming all of the negative statistics on white racism while ignoring true disparities within many Black communities. Nor is this an attempt to peddle victim-hood to absolve or shirk America’s Black population of their own personal responsibilities. This is a truth that must be recognized and addressed if Black people are to survive and be apart of the future. Recognizing this stealthy racist system is often very difficult for many of its Black victims. Because Black people have been so bombarded with so much deplorably negative images of themselves, it has therefore become easier for many to accept the negative lies about them, rather than believing that it’s a modern system of white racism. Therefore, recognizing this truth will require that many of its Black recipients overcome their psychologically engrained negative perceptions of themselves and favorable perceptions of whites. These perceptions have been deliberately unrelentingly indoctrinated upon the Black psyche through this very same manipulation process that this article exposes.

The Government practice of producing false news reports to influence the nation favorably towards its objective is not an uncommon practice. It is a perception that often engenders profound feelings of immense humiliation, racial self contempt, and disunity among many African Americans in the 21st-century. But are these depictions and self perception of African Americans correct?
Scores of African Americans now share the belief that in the face of increased opportunities and an apparent lessening of racial discrimination that the unrivaled racial pride, unity and cohesion, and ambitious perseverance that were once so undeniably a part of early Black American identity merely all disintegrated- -when integration and other subsequent opportunities became available. Furthermore, that in the face of increased upward mobility, that many within their race merely then lowered their pants lines bellow their waists, started exploiting the welfare system, begin favorably using the term nigger to describe themselves, and then took the lead in committing most crimes in America. It is not uncommon to hear these negative sentiments about their own race now echoed by many African Americans themselves—they that consider themselves as being exceptions to the norm. But are these derogatory perceptions correct? And if so how have African Americans, the racial group that demonstrated an unprecedented degree of Black racial pride and unity during the 1960's civil rights movement and fought so diligently against America’s previous system of blatant institutional racism, now become living contradictions of their former selves?

When presented with this daunting question the common response is to take the easy and convenient position that the core problem lies totally with Blacks themselves. But is this analogy correct? Although tragically many Blacks themselves have come to accept this perspective, the emerging evidence does not support the view that the persistent disparities among African American are the result of any purportedly unequal, innate human capacities of the Black race. Such assertions are racist and totally inaccurate because the problems are contemporary ones that appeared only after integration and the abolishment of Jim Crow legalized racism and are not consistent with the history of African Americans. The premise that there exists an innate proclivity for divisiveness among African Americans is totally inaccurate and inconsistent with the history of African Americans. While perhaps difficult to believe today, Black unity (Umoja) was historically, the cornerstone of the African American community and a crucial factor in their survival for more than four-hundred years of White racial oppression. It has contributed to the survival of millions of African Americans not only during slavery, but also during the aftermath of brutal Jim-Crow era lynching and through the financially crippling years of the United States’ great depression era. These methods engendered images that touched the hearts and consciences of the world. This gained national and global support to the cause of African Americans that eventually led to America abandoning its blatant and legalized forms of Jim Crow racist systems.—used for ensuring the continuance of its white dominance. The degree of unity and organization demonstrated among African Americans then was extraordinary and arguably remains unrivaled by any other group in the history of America. So what then is the reason for the unprecedented racial self contempt and disunity among African Americans today? The intent here is to concisely demonstrate that the problem is the result of a very carefully and deliberately designed media disseminated mass manipulating psychosocial program that subjects African Americans--through totally white controlled media outlets --to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves. It is being secretly done to America’s Black population as a means of assuring the continuance of America’s white dominance and control.

Black people in the United States are seeing through lenses that have been deliberately assigned to them by white mass manipulation experts. Most African Americans that frustratingly and shamefully complain about the national disparities among their group are, for the most part, responding to negative statistics and depictions about their race totally comprised and given to them by white controlled media outlets--their (blacks) own negative personal experiences and interactions with their fellow blacks then merely act as a confirmation of what is being deplorably depicted about them. This mass manipulation process merges the often harsh individual realities of many black people with what is misleadingly deplorably depicted of them, therefore solidifying the thoughts within their psyche that it is they that are now their own worst enemies. It is deliberately designed covert media driven massive psychosocial social program that conditions Blacks to admire only whites and to hate themselves. It was secretly designed by white social engineering mass manipulation experts to engender self doubt and disunity among America’s Black population as a means of ensuring that white dominance is maintained in the United States.

The decline of the blatant, overt racism used in the United States to ensure the continuance of its white dominance from the reconstruction period through the 1960's coincided with the introduction of a more proficient, sophisticated, and covert method of White racism better suited for the times. This modern covert system is directly attributed to the intensification of internalized self hatred, profound disunity, and present confused outlook now prevalent in Black America. White America’s methods of institutionalized racism has been secretly modified into a more sophisticated and stealthy design. Because the past, blatant methods of ensuring White dominance had become morally and socially unacceptable, the U.S. government secretly implemented a more sophisticated and stealthy system that uses misinformation as a tool for ensuring that white dominance is continued in the U.S. Although the formal covert Counterintelligence Program [COINTELPRO] deployed by the FBI directed against African Americans during the period of 1956-1971 was discontinued. However, in truth today there is a far more sophisticated and massive governmental scheme being implemented against the entire African American population as a means of ensuring that white dominance and control is maintained. This present system uses the national media's proven ability to mass manipulate and socially engineer by way of using propaganda techniques.
The U.S. Government now secretly deliberately disseminates false deplorably racially devaluing statistics and propaganda about its Black population that are deliberately designed to adversely manipulate and shape the minds and collective consciousness of its African American population-- corrupting African Americans sense of unity, cohesion, and reason -- and facilitates a consensual national environment of where in which its Black population is more easily divided, exploited and ultimately suppressed. When most people hear the term of psychological manipulation they usually think in terms of the classic "conspiracy theory" that refers to overt mind control such as mind altering drugs with carefully hypnotic programming. However, the real and true dangers are the well proven methods of affecting the unconscious mind by using deception, and psychological manipulation. It is neither magical nor mystical, but a process that involves a set of basic social psychological principles.

The constant relentless bombardment with deplorably negative images of themselves that of which African Americans are so inundated with is a very carefully and deliberately designed mass media social manipulation program that subjects African Americans to seeing only the fraudulent worst in themselves. Its unrelenting daily assault on the Black psyche drills the message that Blacks are powerless, of lesser moral, and intelligence and that they need whites to govern over their lives. It totally detaches African Americans from their sense of power and reality. Moreover, it corrupts African Americans’ sense of racial unity and cohesion, mold the character of self-hatred, engender self-doubt, self-loathing, and distrust among their group while insinuating that Blacks admire, respect, and trust only Whites.
The motto of this method of psychological manipulation is to divide and conquer and it works by affecting the unconscious mind through deception. It uses the psychology of deceit to adversely affect the recipient group in terms of their behavior.

Here is a simplified example of how this is being implemented against African Americans. Let us, for example, imagine that a crew of people was aboard their own massive ship and that this ship was being shadowed by another neighboring ship that was constantly broadcasting derogatory messages to the first group. Such messages as that their ship was lesser, smaller, not seaworthy, perhaps slowly sinking or that their crew was incompetent and was planning a mutiny. With time, the group receiving the negative messages, being unable to refute or to confirm these derogatory messages and deficiencies will grow weary and paranoid of the negative messages and will eventually comes to accept these negative assessments of themselves. The perception created by the taunting now unconsciously influences how the taunted group perceives themselves, subsequently causing them to become distrustful of themselves, doubting themselves, hating themselves and, eventually, fighting among themselves. The taunted group may even become so besieged by deep feelings of inadequacy that they may even jump into the sea and attempt to swim towards the taunting ship now believing it to be superior to their own ship even if their own ship was in fact better.

The basis of this concept of mind manipulation is that the human being's most critical aspect is the mind and it works by affecting the mind through deception. It uses the psychology of deceit to adversely affect the recipient group in terms of their behavior. Within a real life setting this mortifying psychosocial treatment is precisely what is being deliberately done to African Americans. Where of which they are constantly bombarded and inundated by deplorably negative imageries of themselves through a totally white controlled media outlets that intentionally subjected them to seeing only the fraudulently worst in themselves. This is done through an immense campaign of false derogatory misinformation and false negative media reports and statistics that are created by U.S. governmental agencies and then leaked to its collaborators in the news media, which either knowingly or unknowingly carry the stories as their own. This falsehood detrimentally affects the Black population at large.

The ultimate goal of this governmental psychosocial treatment of African Americans is to destroy the Black unity and cohesion that was historically the cornerstone of civil rights gains and that was a crucial factor of the survival of African Americans through more than four hundred years of white racial oppression. Logic dictates that given that unity and cohesion among African Americans was responsible for the demise of White America’s past system of blatant, institutionalized racism, then destroying this unity would be an essential objective of this psychological manipulation program. All African Americans have experienced the burden of this system of applied psychological conditioning, some more severely than others have. It is experienced every time that an African American read a newspaper, watch the evening news, listen to a radio report, enter a classroom and read its racially biased textbooks.

No group can be preconditioned to see only the worst in themselves and not exhibit some degree of negative psychological impact. To the detriment of many African Americans, this psychosocial program has been an extremely effective. It has successfully conditioned many African Americans to accept the dominance of Whites and white institutions over their lives by misleading them to believe that they are, themselves, their own worst enemies, therefore engendering an aberration of internalized self contempt that pulverizes Black unity and halts Black upward mobility.
In fact, this governmental mortifying psychosocial treatment of African Americans may be the most aggravating, if not core, factor of the national phenomenon of self hatred; loss of unity, cohesion and racial pride; and fragile psyches of many African Americans today. It is in fact so fundamentally detrimental to the Black human condition and psyche that it may even affect the extent to which many African Americans realize their full human potential. This massive psychosocial program is at the root of both the profound division and self hatred now afflicting so many Black Americans and is at the heart of internalized feelings of superiority that many whites possess.
This concept of the U.S government using psychological warfare through the national media as a weapon to influence and control its Black population is not at all ridiculous. The U.S. Government has an extensive history of using the national media to psychologically manipulate and influence public opinion. It is indeed a very common governmental practice. Moreover, through out western history cultures that create and maintain empires have done so by manipulating the people that they are trying to conquer. They go out of their way to make sure that the people that they’re attempting to conquer is perpetually misled and manipulated. Therefore the conquered group’s perception of reality is not their own. It is shrewdly imposed upon them without them even knowing it. It is time that more African Americans wake up to this reality and ongoing tradition. The psychological manipulation of African Americans has been so successfully accomplished that it is very difficult to reverse. You see, part of the conditioning is almost like Stockholm syndrome. The victimized group begins to love their enemy and to feel that the enemy is justified in its mistreatment of their race. The victims begin to feel that they deserve their endured mistreatment, and they will actually oppose anyone who suggests what is being disclosed here.

IT SOCIALLY ENGINEERED CONSENT OF BLACK MISTREATMENT

Not only does this psycho-social program negatively impacts Blacks self perceptions, but it also conveniently provides a more socially acceptable and covert means of ensuring that the masses of African Americans remains the most racially devalued and most economically exploited group in America. Its deplorable depictions of African Americans are also used to engender national consent that justifies their mistreatment. The media’s deplorably depicted imageries of Black America deliberately create a shift of victimization in behalf of whites while lessons pressures for social changes in behalf of Blacks. Thus creating a national consensual setting that facilitates the easier exploitation and suppression of African Americans. This unspoken legacy of racism still continues today in the case of African Americans. The media’s constantly depicted deplorable imagery of Black Americans insinuates that America would be a better society as a whole if African Americans were gone by changing the root problem of racism in America to be due to Black’s behavior rather than White’s proclivity for racism. This perception engenders increasingly prejudiced distorted and acrimonious beliefs about African Americans that are designed to makes the nation and the entire world insensitive to their plight, tranquilizes efforts on their behalf, and makes any serious criticism of White racism almost impossible today. Therefore fostering a national setting of where in which Blacks are more easily exploited and ultimately consensually suppressed. It also creates a false justification for the legal system’s mistreatment of African Americans wherein they are disproportionately incarcerated, given stiffer sentences, and are more likely than other racial groups to be treated brutally, beaten, and fired upon by police officers while they are unarmed. These injustices now goes ignored because the perception has subconsciously become that it’s all now justified.
Through the usage of mass psychological manipulation White America’s methods of institutionalized racism has been secretly modified into a more sophisticated and stealthy design. Unfortunately to the detriment of many African Americans this modern system of deploying white racism has been very proficient. Some studies have shown that this social program has engendered increasingly acrimonious beliefs and prejudiced perceptions about and against African Americans that are arguably now stronger today than they were after emancipation. It was this governmental psychological conditioning program that ended the Black revolutionary movement of the nineteen sixties and that stripped African Americans of the national and international support that was acquired during that era’s civil rights struggles.

The notion that the U.S government has reincarnated its method of suppressing its Black population is patently very plausible and historically accurate. Because the practices of reinventing methods of suppressing sub-groups is not at all uncommon. The records of history show that the reincarnating of suppressive methods into forms more acceptable to the changing times is a common practice. In examining the record of history, we often find that, among those mighty empires which were ruthless, greedy, and racist, those behaviors did not decay quickly even after the fall of the empire. These patterns of racism were often reincarnated into forms more acceptable to the changing times. History acknowledges that this has been a common practice of the United States government. As seen after the abolishment of slavery wherein its methods of using racist, oppressive treatment of its Black population was reincarnated into Jim Crow inequalities maintained by regional authorities and condoned by the U.S. Government. A Governmental condoning that facilitated a national environment of where in which African Americans were brutally mistreated, lynched and made victims of many devious strategies and methods that prevented them from becoming registered voters. And let us not forget the horrific Tuskegee experiments or of the CIA’s involvement in flooding the Black communities of Los Angeles with drugs and high powered weaponry. A quick review of history easily affirms the reality that white America does have a tradition of resistant against the advancement of its Black population. It also reminds us that the White race’s innate proclivity for racism, control, and dominance is much too deeply ingrained for them to just merely give up their practices of implementing suppressive methods over its African American population. The contention that the U.S government is using a mass manipulation program to influence and control its Black population is totally consistent with White America’s past tradition of resistant against Black advancement. What is more, it was the next logical choice because this method covertly provides the U.S. government a stealthier, socially acceptable method of meeting this objective.
